About my question and discrepancies of my pcp to my severe heart failure disability? And no one helping me out? Even I always go to edd offices? To review and why I need to certify after my first payment online and they error my certification and need to review and stop the payment? Even my cardiologist refuse to sign or give me clearance to work or my new pcp because I am anew patient? I pay seperately for the cerfication I pay copay and my insurance pay them and maybe that's they can manipulate the edd sdi claim, and I have no patient or disability rights in california?
