With due respect, we would like to say that we the are residents of MDA Scheme 45. We have been facing a lot of problem in Phase 1/2 since One decades ,Sir in Scheme 45, Some private societies have Constructed houses and their societies are livable and residents are living with their families in scheme 45 ,but MDA scheme 45 has still not completed basic development work since last 17 years in Taiser town. Sir ,in Scheme 45 Two hundreds houses are constructed .We are living without basic development, Utility and Security, We buy water and clean our house/ Plots every day, Hard to leave house unattended due to security reason, as thieves await to steal things in our absence. Life is miserable here now a days in Taiser town. Sir, we the allottees /residents request to you please direct concerned authorities to solve our basic problems& look it following facilities for improvement. 1, Development work such as, Main Gate/ Roads/School/ Hospital/ Drainage/ Parks and Security. 2. Utilities,Water/Electricity/Gas . 3. Documents related issue like NOC/Lease of Plots. 4. Built Main Gate, Site office of MDA/Provide us Security, Check post in Taiser Town

With all due reverence, it is to lodge a complaint against a person named Muhammad Khalid who has illegally occupied / encroached / unlawfully possessed my plot # 836, sector 22B, category L, scheme 25A in Shah Latif town, Karachi

With this complaint, it is my humble request to provide me the possession of plot.

Note: I have also attached copy of Allotment order and Paid bank challans for your ready reference.

Please let me know if you have any queries regarding above matter.

In Regards of the property Addre# G-30|7, Malir Colony, Liquid Square, used to belong our grand parents. Shahab uddin, had been sold out in A dodgy way. Plus another property Address# G-30/9 Malir Colony, Liquid Square. Used to belong to my father, fayyaz uddin, had been sold out, reason why I am updating how is possible without concern people property had been sold out.

Before I did email expecting reply from but nothing no response at All.

Please consider my query expecting authorities to at least investigate the matter.

In regards of property sold out Address# G31/7 liquid square, malir colony. Disputed property owner was Late shahab Uddin had 3 son Raizuddin, Saraj Uddin, Faytaz Uddin, They Also passed away, but they many children's but one person had sold out property without permission or witnessed others with the help of fake documents and All. The person who had done All these illegal Activities Name Faheem Uddin Sheikh Son of Fayyaz Uddin, At the moment Resident at North karachi Sector 11-C-2, house no# R, 12.

I have purchased a plot in Sahar Housing Scheme Phase II through installments and completed my installments in December 2019 through cheques. I have purchased/booked the plot on the basis that it's a builder project but after passing 4-5 years of project launching builder still not given me possession of the plot and not even started the development works in project. In start of 2019 builder tried to start the development works but Govt. authorities stopped them to start development works (that's I known from the mayamar estats agents). When I enquired about the reason for development works they didn't have any words and given me false statements.

Sehar Enterprises has sold the plot in PKR 32 lacs with documentation charges PKR 25 thousand without development charges. In March 2018 Al Habib Restaurant Owner Mr. Sajjad Kalwad's person Mr Rana Muzammil (cell# [protected]) have taken the charged of the project with the new name HGM Villas and told all the allotee that we had removed the Sehar Enterprises (worked as marketing agency) from the project and claimed its our project without given any written notice.

After completion of my all the installments in December 2019 Mr Rana Muzzamil asked me to submit the pay order in favor of MDA for Rs 150, 000 (PO# 4584155 Rs. 90, 000 + PO# 4584156 Rs. 60, 000) which was expired after 6 months and my transferred process not done. Which was I refunded from the bank after cancellation stamp imposed by the MDA officer. When I enquired about the project with MDA counter staff they informed me we not aware about the society and it is not listed in MDA record. I kept follow up with Mr Rana Muzzamil after allotees pressure Mr. Rana Muzzamil arranged meeting in MDA (Shahrah-e-Faisal branch) with Mr Ateeq (Cell# [protected]) Mr Ateeq tried to assured us that society is legal but due to some payments not yet submitted by the builder that's why MDA is not allowing builder start work in the society. Mr Ateeq have showed us the society details in one of counter computer in excel file in the name of Mehran society.
According to Mr Ateeq MDA has given the Mehran society to Mr Sajjad Kalwad (Owner of Al Habib Restaurant) thorough balloting process. After passing month I came to known through MDA counter staff Mr Ateeq removed from his post.
Some of allotees tried to file FIR against Mr Sajjad Kalwad and his men but police not support has and sent back to us from police station. Mr Sajjad Kalwad and his men have approached in Police and MDA offices that's why no one listening allotees request.

Mr. Javaid (HGM recovery person cell [protected]) and Mr. Noman (HGM marketing manager [protected]) are threatening me we don't know you and do not return your money.

They are very strong peoples and no one listening my complaint in Govt institution. Their are some corrupt MDA officers are also involved in that scam. Mr Ateeq Sheikh Ad DG had shown all the documents in MDA Shahrahe Faisal baranch that the society is legal and will be allot possession very shortly.

Therefore I request all of you to pls help me and recovered my money from these corrupt peoples.
