Past 3 months I lost my job and I kept going to bank for my gratuity they said bring new visa and Eid we will release the funds.

I got them new visa and eid in 1 month after submission they saying we csnt release ur final settlement as per internal bank policy.

The policy is that my new company is not registered did anyone told me which company is registered and is there any list of companies that say get visa from thesr company only, I have 3 kids family and I spend whole my life in uae.

I am. still. paying the emi online which is getting deducted from my fs amount.

They need to restructure my loan as my new salary is less from before I am suffering everyday and all they say is internal policies do a customer is aware of internal policy.
I need my money and I am paying on time.

Desired outcome: Restructure my loan increase tenure and interest and release my final settlement completely asap.

Immediately contact Emirates Islamic Bank's customer service or escalate to a higher management level, providing details about your situation. Explain that you have submitted your new visa and Emirates ID as requested and are still paying your EMIs on time. Demand a clear explanation of why your gratuity is being withheld and ask for the policy in writing. Request that they restructure your loan to reflect your lower salary. If the issue remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint with the UAE Central Bank or seeking legal assistance to ensure your funds are released. Keep records of all communication for future action.
