Eldo Coaches review: refund

we would like to lay a complain about our refund, we have been waiting for more then 3 month to get our money back being refunded into our account .every time if we call no one is giving us a correct us regarding our cash .we will appreciate if some get back to us, all document weree submitted at Johannesburg park station, front and back debit card, statement reflecting the transaction, id copy and copy of original tickets and reference number AA7R8.
