Its not the first time that this has happened, eldo coaches are not looking after their buses properly. If they not having a break down, its waiting for another bus, or they over booked. Its unreal! We think that they are nice buses and we always use them, but if they are giving us these kind of problems, we should all boycott them! Last year I travelled with them and we had to go in a bus that was extremely disgusting, not a luxury bus because their bus broke down! Why cant they maintain their buses and keep them in good condition to avoid all problems! I appeal to eldo coaches to pleeaase, service all your buses before going on a journey...
We are travelling from Durban to Pretoria bus was for 11:00 to 19:30 in Pretoria we got stuck by 13:00 after we past petermaritzburg not even the driver can give us information as to weather we will get help or what. Bus full of people children old people
I was very disappointed with the service of the bus i had to call my brother inlaw to get where the bus Stucked my phone nr is [protected] hope they will give me a good explanation
Poor service we book for the eldo coaches bus we getting public bus like those cheap bus with manual windows and chairs. The bus was later and dirt inside
very very poor service,we were picked up at Pretoria at 7 then dumped at Park Station its 10 oclock now no one is saying anything we do not know where is the bus to Bloemfontein😡😡😡😡😡

Was driving from Worcester to Johannesburg, bus broke down in Richmond we had to wait 3 hours, I'm a Muslim they didn't cater for us poor service didn't expect it from eldo coaches

If this number does not exist anymore delete it from your website and take it of the ticket covers.
Provide us the clients of eldo couches with a 24hr call centre number that is working.
This is really pathetic.
We are stuck in Bus 410 to Durban, it left Park station at 8:00 am instead of 7:30 am...now we in stuck in the Wilderness and the driver is not communicating to us, this is bad.You have lost customers in us.
This is not how you Runa business, we have appointments at our destinations
We booked eldo coaches bus from Johannesburg to Durban and we were suppose to depart at 10 around past 11 they brought a stabus instead of eldo coaches without explaining to us i am really disappointed about the service we received from eldo coaches never again will i book it
I am in your 7:30 bus to Durban im so disappoint we were told when we inquired that all the buses have toilts we traveling with a two year old who frequently needs a toilet .We decided to give it a chance but to my disappointment I truly regret.I'm never using it again I regret buying a return ticket!
