Einstein Bros Bagels review: Terrible service

If I could've gave it a negative star I would. I started the Einstein Brothers in McMurray Pennsylvania for 45 minutes waiting for two breakfast sandwiches. They never called anybody's name out to tell anybody which order was up and upon me over hearing them talking about the sandwich that I ordered. I realize they were holding mine behind the counter and they said that they put it in the wrong place and it's been up there for a while so while my iced coffee melt it and got warm, I waited and got cold sandwiches to which she replied. Well we're busy but they're busy and behind because they never stopped talking and playing around behind the counter to get anything done. I go there all the time that was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I'll probably never go back.
