Eddie Bauer review: EB 550 Weatheredge Coat

Mid way through last winter, upon retiring an old ski jacket, I purchased a 2XL EB550 Weatheredge (written on garment) coat. Overall this has been an excellent purchase with one exception. From the first use of the coat, I had to struggle to get the 2-part zipper aligned. Normally after 5 or 6 tries I succeeded, and the coat fastened properly. This problem persisted all of the remainder of last year and into this season as well. I probably should have contacted you earlier but the problem while continuing was manageable. However, as of the last month or so, the zipper no longer stays together at all. I get the zipper started and pull it up only to find a complete lack of closure beneath it. I was hoping that you could somehow assist me with this problem or advise of my best course of action. The coat has otherwise been great and it is still in excellent shape so anything you can do or say would be appreciated.
