I made my order on 2011-12-16, until Dec 27th they told me the clothes was sold out and they will send my order before 2012-1-6, so I want to cancel my order my order on 2011-12-28, but they said " I'm sorry, and you can not cancel you order, I will send you oder on 2012-1-6", Today is 2012-1-5, I have not any info about my oder .And now I don't know when are they going to send that to me, if I bought other down coat from other complany and after that they sent it, I will have two down coats, I just want to buy one, not two.is that so difficult?

A once great company gone to hell. Quality is terrible sizes are bad and they did away with Big and Tall sizes.I remember when they were good. Still have a sweatshirt from 25 years ago when they believed in quality. Sorry Eddie you turned your back on us
Pants lost elasticity after some time.
I bought a pair from Costco, but then it lost the elasticity after a while. I bought another two pairs since the style looked different and I thought it may be improved and gave it a chance. But I was disappointed again.
Attached are the picture of the pants and I can provide more pictures if needed.
Any Eddie Bauer bought at Costco is a licensed product. Eddie just sells the name. They don’t make the product. If you want a real product, go to the store (Eddie Bauer) and pay more money.
I have not received order number [protected]. I’ve paid $14.00 for 3 days shipping and for some reason my order has been sitting at a usps location since November 1,2022.
this is the 3rd time im placing order in their website for a winter jacket... from 7th dec'23 to 24th jan'24... till now, none of the items are shipped and they are cancelling my order without my knowledge or mails or anything. this is so disgusting.

Why don’t you carry ANY men’s red sweaters? When I went on the website & clicked refine, plugged in men’s, clicked tops or sweaters, clicked colors, and…red is NOT an option. It is for women, but not men. 🤷♀️
