Friday November 7 2025 EcoTech installed new windows at our home. Before leaving one of the crew stood on our stairway banister, damaging the drywall and the banister. The drywall and banister needed to be repaired as we are seniors and this was/is a major safety issue when navigating our stairway. EcoTech stopped communicating with us. We have paid out of pocket to have the stairway and banister repaired and re-installed. EcoTech is, in my opinion, ethically and morally bankrupt when it comes to customer service.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the out of pocket fees we had to pay for the damage done by EcoTech employees.

It took 2 weeks to have Customer Service respond. Not having a stairway banister is a major safety issue for seniors. Another two weeks passed. Due to the MAJOR SAFETY issue we've had to pay out of our pocket to have the wall and banister repaired. In our opinion, EcoTech Windows and Doors are ethically and morally bankrupt when it comes to customer service and satisfaction, because there is none.
