Built-Rite Window

This company put in a sunroom (added to my house). The project started in Dec. 2019 and was finished in March when I had actual windows put in. Where the room attaches to my house, the roof leaks every time it rains in the slightest, leaving a puddle on my sunroom floor! I have had them back 12 times and they just don't seem to know what they are doing. (One of the workers also put up a railing for me on my outside steps and it has already broken). They seem utterly incompetent, and, above the $14,000 I have already spent on the room (which was a disaster from the beginning with no professional advice offered at any point) I had to spend almost $400 to hire a handyman to come and fix it.
