Pure Energy custom built a large picture window and sliding glass door for our home. Their products are of exceptional value and their installation team provided one of the best customer service experiences that we've experienced. There was unforeseen existing damage to the supporting wall that required a considerable amount of additional effort at no extra cost, and the crew leader assured us that they were going to make sure to securely position the window in our wall and "do what it takes" to put us at ease and exceed our expectations. They gave us a beautifully installed product and superior customer service. We highly recommend their products and services!

Pure Energy was perfect: economical; dependable; timely; responsible; careful; responsive; neat; and caring. Special curcumstances required us to accelerate the contracted completion date. Management intervened at the highest level to expedite the project to meet the required completion date. They finished this large project in a day. The installers were curteous and efficient, displaying remarkable teamwork and going the extra mile to leave the house cleaner than before they came. The high energy efficiency is an important selling point, impressiing our realtor sufficiently to reference "Pure Energy" in the listing. This company gets five stars and my highest recommendation to anybody who will listen!

I had sunrise windows installed through PureEnergy. I went with them after getting several estimates and they were definitely the best value. The technicians who came out were professional and cleaned up their mess after they were done. I couldn't stop staring at my windows after they were done - what a difference! I can't give them a full five stars though because one of my windowsills was broken during the installation. I was told that this could happen and would be replaced but I wasn't told that they wouldn't be able to replace the sills with marble, which I have throughout the house. The marble lite they used to replace it, even though the technician who installed it did a great job, just does not look like the real marble I have throughout my house - it looks cheap and I wish I could have at the very least received a warning.

I ordered 14 casement window, 2 doorwalls and a half circle window. Installation was well after the range of dates promised at the time of the sale. No problem, I was in no hurry and understand supply chain disruptions. Everything was eventually installed except the half window. I was told there was a paint issue and it had to be returned to the manufacturer. It has been 3 months since the installation and despite a number of phone calls I have yet to receive any information on the status of the window. I have been dealing with Stacy, who seems to be a very nice person. A couple weeks ago she said the service department would call me right back. They did not. I called today and left a message on the recorder. I am tired of dealing with the issue and unless some action is taken, they can keep the window and I will get it done by Wallside or Anderson.

Need new windows? Look no further! Pure Energy Windows are by far the best. I've tried Michigan's “other" leading company at my prior home, to my disappointment; this time we did more research and we're SOOO glad we chose Pure Energy Windows. They worked within our budget, and we were able to replace all 10 1st-floor windows and a doorwall. We couldn't be happier! The windows are made to measure just for your home, so there's a wait while they are custom-made just for you, but it's worth it. the argon has between layers of glass have made our home so much warmer — even my daughter noticed it was warmer inside on her recent visit! With a chronic illness I've always struggles thru winters, but I feel so much better in a much warmer house, not to mention that our home is much quieter with so much less outside noise, and they look fantastic. Plus, the salesman listened rather than pushing for a hard sell, and the installation crew were polite, courteous, neat, efficient and careful. I'm recommending Pure Energy Windows to everyone!

We had been asking our condo association to accelerate the timetable for replacement of our windows since we moved in 5 years ago. In the meantime we educated ourselves into becoming somewhat expert on the topic of window and door and doorwall replacement - and on the closely related subject of energy efficiency. We interviewed several different companies including the 'big name' heavily advertised brands, and the condo association began to narrow the search. Then we heard - essentially serendipitously - about Pure Energy, its high quality product line, and its commitment to relentlessly excellent customer service. When we met the company's owner, who spends a lot of time in the field getting to know customers and potential customers, we were blown away by his passion - and by a low-key approach that emphasizes educating the consumer rather than 'getting the sale'. This company can do this - and still get the sale - because the quality of its products is second-to-none, and because it operates on a direct-to-the homeowner basis which makes its prices for this very high quality product impossible to beat. I write this about eighteen months since first meeting Adrian and his incredible team. In the meantime all 50 homeowners in our complex have replaced at least some of their windows and doorwalls with Pure Energy products - and a firm majority have replaced essentially all of their windows and doorwalls. I routinely ask my friends and neighbors about their experience - and universally hear a single message: The difference in terms of quality of soundproofing, of airtight seals, of uniform temperature gradient winter or summer - and the concomitant dramatic savings in utility bills - all of this is invariably mentioned. This was an amazingly excellent decision !
