Front Door and storm door was purchased March 10, company came out next day to measure. Door not delivered, saleman does not return calls. Signed a contract for door on March 10. Deposit of $775 was provided with contract. Came out next day to measure. I was informed by salesman Ross C that door would be completed and installed in four to six weeks. After six weeks we contacted salesman ( Ross C, *** j***@gmail.com). He has not returned repeated phone calls, One time he answered the phone and said he would call back. He did not. Eventually I called company in Cambridge [protected]) Man that answered phone was very polite, said they had been closed for about two weeks.By contract the company has 15 weeks to deliver and install door, that date occured June 23,2020. Salesman did not answer or return call made on 6/29. At this poit we would just like our deposit returned. We do have a copy of signed contract.
