We replaced all the windows and doors in our house during a renovation several years ago. For every winter since, the windows have leaked profusely and the doors warp to the point of not closing. We have contacted the company year after year, for the most part they refuse to respond. Again this year the weather is changing and we are faced with more problems. We contacted the company, they ensured they would follow up within 3 business days. It has been over 3 weeks and no follow-up, and they refuse to respond to our calls and emails.

In June I contracted with All Weather Windows to re-do the windows in my 40 plus year old home. I think the total cost was near to $10,000. I was quite pleased with the product. Unfortunately, an act of vandalism sent a rock through one of the windows. I reported it to AWW and they sent an invoice for $562.56 which I promptly paid by cheque. Now six months later they have not replaced the window. A woman named *** phoned to tell me that it would be replaced September 27 between 12 and 2:30 pm. No one showed.

I ordered new vinyl windows from "All Weather Windows" on October 16 that were to be installed in the next 8 to 10 weeks and weather being what it was the install was late March, I believe 26th 2018 is when work started and finished 2 days later with a 2 year warranty. in August I noticed the vinyl welds in the corners of the bay window had failed and some bulges had formed on all other windows so was put in touch with *** and exchanged emails on Aug. 20 2019 explaining they could do the repairs but this dragged on till I was told it was now to cold and would have to be put off till next year and he would set up something for in the spring. On April 14 *** emailed letting me know that covid had taken over and they were not doing anything till covid was over, they would let me know when they felt it would be safe to come out. On October 20 *** (reno installation manager) emailed me saying that again it was too late in the year so the repairs would be put off till the spring of 2021 but he would like to come out and see the problem but I never heard from him again. Starting in June till last call November 3rd to the number *** left me (which now had a different name on the voicemail and the mailbox was full) I called the office 4 times and after talking to reception I am forwarded to the claims department where an answering machine takes my message and states that it can take up to 5 business days to return calls but so far I have heard only silence.
