East Side Mario's review: Undisclosed extra charges

Ordered three items from the menu. Prices clearly shown. Waitress Leah pleasant and smiling asked would you like cheese with your order (was asked separately on each item) my wife and I said yes. when we got the bill there were extra charges for the cheese $2.99, $1.99 and $2.99. No mention was made by Leah just kept smiling knowing these charges would inflate the bill and ultimately increase her tip. Paying with the debit device the tip amounts are preloaded starting at 18% to 25%. Her service was less than attentive had to ask for extra bread etc. more than once and it was impossible to get her attention when we needed it. We are Seniors getting charged an extra $8.37 for cheese GST included without being notified of the extra charges and if it is on the menu, it is most likely put on an innocuous area of the menu. Feel totally duped and ripped off. In hindsight should not given the 18% tip - $13.22. Before I let everyone, I know of their deceitful business practice. I'll await your response, THAT is if you/whomever responds otherwise It will be a very, very long time before I patronize this business again regardless of location. To quote part of your televised commercial "Oh Pop they" (my change) ripped me off. YES, I'm very upset!.
