Grammas Pizza - Amelia

Grammas in Amelia, at the corner of 132 and 125, ain't worth even one star. Their employees ain't good at all, and the manager is hella rude. Every time I've ordered food there, it's been a bad experience. Tonight, I wanted delivery, but they hadn't delivered my food even after 2 hours. When I called them, they refused to replace it, even though they admitted giving my food to someone else.

This was my first and last time ordering from Grammas Pizza in Amelia, OH. My famly wanted to try the Grammas Pizza so I placed a large order at 11 am for: LARGE CHEESE PIZZA, SHRIMP BASKET, CHICKEN NUGGET BASKET, and STEAK HOAGIE with FRIES. The order was delivered around 11:46 am and I discovered that my meal the shrimp basket was overcooked and almost black in color and inedible. I checked and the chicken nuggets were overcooked as well. I tried to call the store was told by the *** lady to hold and was on hold for EIGHT minutes when I hung up. I called back twice and line busy. I emailed the contact number on the GRAMMAS website and heard back from no one. My mother came home and tried to eat the STEAK HOAGIE and said was like SHOE LEATHER. The cheese pizza was the only edible thing on the order. I spent a total of $37.74 for inedible food and cannot even get in contact with store or office to get corrected as I think this has happened more than once and they are just ignoring the complaint. I am very upset and plan on escalating this to the Attorney General of Ohio and to let other consumers know of the experience so they can avoid this restaurant altogether.
