EA Games Gift cards which can be used for pogo subscriptions or gems.

My sister and I purchase these cards because they have always been so easy to redeem for what we need to play the games on pogo. The last few weeks we have been trying to redeem them. We go through the redemption process, and it says error contact pogo, so we contacted pogo through the live chat option, the agent tells us that the cards cannot be redeemed because they have already used. This is so frustrating (no they have not been used we just attempted to redeem them). This same thing has happened with 5 different cards. They are $20.00 each that means we are out $100.00. The thing that is strange was that on their blog over the past few weeks they have posted about this problem that other players are having and that they are working on the problem but they are telling us that we have to contact the store where she purchased them who, by the way, will not give refunds on these cards. When I spoke to pogo they took all the card number and information and came back in just minutes with the contact the store option. This is veery underhanded and unfair. Usually, they have an option

To live chat or receive a call. Tried to have them call me today but the option for a phone call was gone. What can we do

EA Games Sims 3 and 4

I was recently told I needed to update from origin to the EA App, when I did it forgot my login information, and completely removed origin. It is impossible to get origin from them now.

So when I logged in it said my account must be expired, I was just playing a few minutes before. So I contacted EA online chat and they asked me for my user and address, and other things like to last game I bought and what credit card I used, and what phone number I used to log in. They were unwilling to tell me what answers were wrong so I could give them the right answer.

The problem is that I have had the account for over 10 years. I have lived in 2 places, had multiple phone numbers, around 6, and I recently retired so I lost access to the email I registered under, and maybe the phone number too. So the tech support people will not even pretend to help until I can provide all the right answers together the first time, after that they tell you to go research it and get back with them.

My credit card was stolen a few times while I travel so I dont know which credit card it was, it was a debit card.

All my games are tied to the account and are can not be played under any other account since they are registered already, another problem with EA but a small one.

I can provide all my serial numbers and lots of other info, just not the stuff they are asking for. If I could get a real live person to talk to me it might helpp, but there is no option for that. It is like they really dont care if I would have to re purchase all the games and expansions and packs, or maybe they just figure if you want to play you will buy it all over again.

EA Games Fifa 23

Hi,

I am writing to you as my son purchased Fifa 23 for his Xbox X at £64.99 from Argos on 23rd September.

He opened it but did not play it as he realised it wasn't compatible with his friends who have Xbox S.

So he had to buy it again at £53.99 (online version) on 30th September, with a version that was compatible so he can play with his friends.

Argos would not take the original one back as they said it goes back to EA and has to be sealed.

So he has now spent £118.98 on this game which is very expensive as it is.

Times are hard and he really cannot afford this.

I am writing to ask if there is any way to the extra purchase refunded, baring in mind the hard back game still remains unused, just not sealed. This was a genuine error as you can see from attached proof of purchases.

EA Games Customer service

I never stop to write reviews, because of the little time I have for that. But for this reason, I am obliged to register.

I have never had such a bad experience with tech support as I had with EA Games. My game just disappeared from my game library, and they make it so difficult to solve my problem that I honestly lost the will to play it. I even thought it would be easier and cheaper to repurchase this game, but I'm so upset with Electronic Arts, I intend NEVER to be their customer again. You can keep my game, I'm not interested in playing it anymore.

Support via ticket is a shame, you can't see past conversations, and you can't answer calls by email.

Support via web chat does not exist. It's a lie.

Phone support is a perfect tactic to make the user lose money. I've lost count of how many times I've called internationally to resolve this case. Agents dropped my call more than 3 times. 2 calls I stayed more than 50 min on call, to solve nothing. The last call I made today was the decisive one to give up this problem and this company.

I don't want to stress anymore, I hope I never see you again EA Games.

EA Games Battlefield 2042 PS4

I purchased the game and after downloading it on the opening screen it ask me to reset my password qith EA it has expired. I reset my password but the game still tells me to reset my password. How do I fix this issue. Also I have sent EA three tickets about the issue they have not answered my question they gave me a generic email that had nothing to donwith my issue. The fact that you can't even talk to someone at A MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY what a joke! I need help! I purchased the game and I can't even play it or get the creators to help me.

EA Games Sims 4 Game Purchases

I purchased two Sims 4 Games Extensions and cannot locate or connect. Online assistance is ridiculous. I get a new person each time, and provide the verifying information just to get no assistance. I need to connect to the Origin account for my MAC and download the Origin Install Helper but it will not allow access!

EA Games ea account

i was banned from using ea online services to play games, and i don't know of any reason why they all of a sudden banned me. i rarely play ea games online and have never had any trouble with the online service. i did not receive an email stating why the ban is and now i have no way of playing any ea games using an online connection. could you please email me and tell me how i could get my account back so that i do not have any ban or inability to use the online service?

Desired outcome: full use of ea online service and also puchases on ea store.

EA Games Origin and EA games

I have been harassed and bullied by EA games for the past couple of years. They corrupted my computer last year so bad that my computer black-screened ! So, after a year or so I decided to start playing it again. It's only been a couple of months and they are back at it again. they happen to be an affiliate of Steam, which is another game site for games. Now, when I try to play my game they've condensed the Origin and the Steam apps to what is called Thinappsetting which means I cannot utilize all the apps and packs I have because I can only play a type of scenario game. Also, all my lots and households have been deleted ! When I complain on the EA site, they ignore me and mark my complaints as "resolved" please help I feel very discriminated upon...

EA Games Hacked account

My old email that was linked to my ps3 was hacked and haven't been able to get into it for over ten years. Got the new battlefield and tried to play and now all of a sudden I can't do that. Started a ticket and was told I cannot fix this issue since I no longer have access to that email. I have been a customer for a very long time and this is the first time I have had or wanted a refund for one of your games. I find it hard to believe that in this day and age ypu cannot help someone out with this issue.

EA Games Game face

I don't understand why it has to be so difficult to create a Gameface. Are you guys serious? I have been trying since 2015. I still cant do it and I have all the proper technology. It seems that you guys only make this available for people who spend their whole lives on video games. What about the rest of us who have jobs and lives, but like to play every once in awhile. Honestly, I think you guys suck and think that this game face is not that important. If im wrong and can help somebody who is not a complete gamer please contact me and HELP! EA Games Battlefield 1, 3, and 5

The games simply do not connect to the EA Servers.
Tried all the suggested fixes; changed hosts file, re-assigned my IP address, connected by direct cable versus wifi, reset my router, ensured my security was letting EA and Battlefield games through, and other fixes. Not a bit of difference, and I really don't understand why we should be expected to fix your bad programming? Loads of other people have the same problems and you simply, and honestly ignore them.
Until these are fixed, EA games are off the radar.
Also, you can't connect your Origin account to the EA account now? Blocks access to the game, and goes into a continual loop on say Battlefield V, which when you click on play from either app, origin or EA, it loops back to asking you to close it and open the other, and vise a versa. However, when I added the game to Steam, it loaded instantly?
Still have to reply the same missions over and over as like I said, it won't connect to your servers?
These really are your problems, and it can't be beyond your capabilities to get this fixed. It's seriously hurting your reputation and image. Read Trustpilot, read some of the reviews. Your not doing yourself any favours.

Desired outcome: Fix these issues, not make excuses or ask your customers to? A patch???

EA Games Customer service/sims 4

On the Sims 4 Marketing Headline, you show the Cottage Living Expansion Pack that will be released July 22nd.
I clicked it to Pre-Order the game.
It has the option to BUNDLE the Pre-Ordered Game with a Game and Stuff Pack. 3 Games for a way better deal. Makes sense right?
I clicked BUNDLE.
The Cottage Living is NOT an option so I made a couple cases to figure out why I cant buy it.
The rude EA guy on the phone said its NOT an option and there's nothing he can do.
This took an hour of my day just trying to save money and get a better deal on this BUNDLE that YOU offer!
So I asked for a 10% discount and he said no I don't get a discount, there is nothing he can do, so I asked to talk to someone else and he said HE was the only person I can talk to.
This is a technical error and FALSE ADVERTISING on YOUR website.
I don't know who this kid is, but that is literally the worst service I have ever had.
Your website is offering things you DONT HAVE! and YALL are being rude to ME about YOUR mistake!

Desired outcome: Fix the error on the Website you are FALSELY ADVERTISING, and stop treating your loyal customer like crap.

EA Games EA automaticly changed my password

My password was automaticly changed by EA with a notice saying "you have been away from you account for a while, you need to change your password" or something along those lines. First of all the previous week to this i had just been playing massive amounts of battlefield. And there had been times where i would be away from the account for months, come back and not be signed out or told to change my password. The issue is that the email address they have for login was deleted by the service provider (was an ATT email address)
so i can no longer log back into the account in order to simply change the password. However this would not be an issues if my password was not automaticly changed by them in the first place. So basically after they had changed my password on me, i contacted them telling them the issue and was given the cold shoulder. Now i have no access to my account and EA is unwilling to assist me. "we do not make changes to the account unless it is verified"- EA support
Funny because you made changes to my password without my knowledge

EA Games Plants Vs. Zombies 2: Did not receive purchased items

Hi! I have recently purchased a few items from the Plants vs. Zombies 2 in-game store. I have not received what I paid for. I have contacted support, and given them *all* requested documents, and I have even made sure the format matched the examples given on their website. However, Support only contacts me to tell me things are wrong/missing. As I stated above, I have given them *all* requested documents, but they continue to find reasons to deny me my purchase. I will attach my documents below. They include-

My transaction history on Google Pay
My proofs of purchase for the items
My profile name in-game

Please help.

Desired outcome: I would simply like to receive what I paid for.

I traded cards in an SBC for a prime icon upgrade pack and didn't get the icon and lost 33 cards - didn't get them back. Spoke to lots of customer services but no one ´able' / willing to help. So I have lost out in value, time - shockingly bad customer services!

EA Games EA Desktop

've had an EA account since 2010, when Medal Of Honor came out and had to create one. Back then, I apparently linked it to an old Xbox Live account that I no longer use, and haven't used for 10 years. At no point in time it was communicated that I could only link an Xbox Live account once in my life, and this has ruined my experience completely.
Now I have to make a new EA account, login to that, add all the friends I have on my old EA account, all progress is lost from my other games, seeing I had EA play for a year and have quite some progress made in a few games, I can't play my paid for games unless I switch accounts every time and EA does not care that people have these issues.
I don't understand why this rule is in place. It does not make sense. I'd like to know from an EA employee the reasoning behind this "Once in a lifetime" rule. It makes zero sense, especially because accounts get lost, hacked, no longer in use. Especially accounts that were made 10 years ago on an old console.

This is absolutely shameful policy from EA.

Desired outcome: Link my EA account to my current Xbox account. My old account is no longer in use.

EA Games Plants vs zombies 2 ea

All of the important plants in the game like the imitator cost money! Why? Why do I have to spend $6 on electric peashooter? There are also some bots in the arena and that makes me want to burst. Pvz 1 was much more better not costing money. All of the cool plants like straw burst cost money and ea let popcap go down. I want ea to stop thinking about money and care about the fans in need!

EA Games Sale of apex legends battle pass

I paid for a battle pass for Apex legends. I didn't realise they can be sold up until the last minute of the season, when they are of no use.
The new season was about to start so I bought a battle pass so as to be ready for it beginning.
I didn't realise the season 4 one was still in sale and wanted season 5 battle pass.
I am a new player to Apex legends and have never had any problems with gaming before.
Please can I be provided with the battle pass I wanted to buy or can a refund be given.

EA Games Battlefield 1

I bought all the Shortcut kits for BF1 on the basis that:

"The Shortcut Kit: Infantry Bundle contains all primary weapons, sidearms, and gadgets earned through gameplay progression tied to each class."

etc for other kits.

Nothing changes in game in practise and EA agents tells me they are a waste of money and they don't unlockany primary weapons. This is conradictory to the description.

Please discuss or refund because I think you have mis-sold these upgrade kits.
