I've provided information before, including pictures, receipts, and a couple of times I actually sent the devices in a plastic bag for your consumer complaints folks to examine. I now have experienced 8 devices destroyed by Duracell batteries leaking into the compartment (or barrel) where they were installed. Each time I have sent evidence, there has been absolutely NO response from Duracell. I can only conclude that Duracell really doesn't give a shred of a darn about their customers or the damage done by the products they sell.
I remember in years past your damage guarantee, claiming to replace any device crippled by your product. You have never shown the slitest interest in fulfilling that claim.
The only thing I can do is just never purchase your products again. Small customers such as me and my company ($1500 or less per year) are obviously meaningless to Duracell, so we'll go elsewhere. We'll probably send all of our past claims to some reputable rating site just so our problems might be avoided by folks before purchasing something that can genuinely destroy property.
Just FYI, we have also never had ANY other brand of battery (no matter how cheap or unbranded) kill any of our equipment or devices.
Hope Duracell has great success in spite or it's customer service level and attitude.
Good day...
