I contacted Dupont Roofing & Restoration and he responded very quickly and he came out and sent a quote the next day. We had to delay the work due to rain but he contacted me when we were to have dry weather and was very prompt coming to do the work. Dupont Roofing & Restoration was a true professional and identified the problems that needed to be corrected. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a repair.

DuPont Roofing was great. They worked with my insurance claims adjuster and helped me to get a totally new roof put on my house. They responded quickly and the roof was completed in a day and a half. The owner came out for final inspection and made sure that everything was down properly before final payment was due. They even helped me to understand the total claim and were able to find contractors to repair the inside damage. I am very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

After hurricane *** (replace with the specific hurricane name), I made a list of several Roofing Contractors that were accredited with the ComplaintsBoard.com and my wife and I started calling to see if we could get someone to give us an estimate. DuPont Roofing & Restoration was the only one that we got an immediate response from. I know that all of the Roofing Contractors in the area were probably overwhelmed with requests after the storm but many of them did not even return our call. We were extremely satisfied with what DuPont Roofing & Restoration had to offer. We had to wait a little longer than expected to get the work done, but due to the circumstances, we understood and the final product was well worth the wait. The crew that did the job worked very efficiently and did an amazing job of cleaning up when the job was finished. I would highly recommend DuPont Roofing & Restoration to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

I had a very large tree fall on my house during hurricane Zeta and it cut my roof in half and blew out part on the wall in my bathroom. A large crane had to be brought in to remove it in sections for safety reasons. This cost us just under $4,000.My insurance company for all repairs waned to pay us $3,800 and only repair the roof right where the tree cut it.I called multiple companies to come out and give us an estimate. Most walked away because they said they could not repair the roof or give us any kind of guarantee that it would not give us problems down the road.I called the insurance company and the response was "be glad we were paying you this much". This went on for six months.Someone recommended that we call Dupont Roofing. John Dupont and his crew came out and spent hours on the roof and in my attic inspecting the damage and preparing the bid for the insurance company.These guys went to the insurance company and fought for us. About two weeks after the bid was placed, the insurance company came back with a full roof replacement appraisal and a full repair in the attic, bedroom, and bathroom.They did outstanding work and everyone was professional. I can not recommend these guys enough. And although I hope I don't ever go through this again, these guys will be my first call if I did.

This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. I was misled and lied to for several weeks. I originally hired Dupont because they were going to handle the insurance claims, removing me as the middle man. I was told I'd been given a 1-2 notice before they arrive to start work, instead I came home one day to my old roof ripped off of my house. It took them 3 days to replace the roof and they never tarped the roof at the end of day, so rain and moisture set in. After 5 days of then fixing my structural damage and not completing it, no one showed up again. After 3 weeks of waiting, I was told they were waiting on material to be delievered. After another week, I reieved an email stating I needed to reach out to my insurance company to request additional funds, but the contract I signed said they were responsible for this. I later recieved a phonce call from the sales rep who was supposed to be our point of contact that he had been fired and no one was going to let me know. It took me sending an email stating I would fire this contractor for someone to finally get in touch with me. When they came to remove the remaining roof materials, they hit my house with the fork lift and ripped off the eve of my house, but completely ignored these damages and were not willing to pay for them. They never removed and of the debris from framework they were replacing. Once fired, I didnt hear from anyone for over a month and then I recieved and email with an invoice and they are only allowing me 3 days to pay them, or they are filing a lien against my resoidence. Be keep in mind that this business owner is just a money hungry mongral, and does not care about how he treats his customers. He is a crooked man and doesn't care what the work looks like, as long as he gets paid.

The owner Mr. James is a very hard working , and very professional. I would recommend Dupont because they can get the job done . Thank u.
