We contacted A&M Premier Roofing & Construction after our homeowner's insurance inspector told us we had some roof damage. I expected a roofing company to agree with that assessment and provide a bid for a roof replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when A&M came by the day after I contacted them, inspected our roof, and told us that there wasn't actually any damage needing repair. They gave us a path forward to connect with a more reputable insurance company, and did not charge us a thing for the service. When it's time to actually do some work on our roof, I will definitely be calling A&M to do the work!

My roof is 12 or more years old but I haven't given it much thought. After a couple recent hail storms I was approached by roofing companies for a free inspection. I said "no" to all but A&M as I didn't understand the benefits for me. However, A&M took the time to explain the process to me in a clear manner so I approved the inspection. After finding a lot of wind and some hail damage, I filed a claim with my insurance. The insurance sent an inspector and the inspector recommended a full replacement. Within a couple weeks I had a new roof. The team was in and out in one day. I would recommend A&M to anyone needing roof work.

I work in industrial distribution and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to run into a company, a representative and a team that delivers on everything they say they will do! Team was working in my neighborhood and spotted some apparent issues on my roof. Determined there were some major issues and helped communicate the problems to the insurance company. Was approved for a new roof. The crew got the job done in about 6 - 7 hours and cleaned up fairly well. Would recommend them for roof repairs. Only complaint is they didn't alert us they were onsite. Crew showed up and went right to work but scared the hell out of my wife because they were able to get in a locked gate to our backyard and woke her out of her sleep. It's all good, but I think they should at least let the customer know they're onsite before getting started.

They took care of it all. The whole team at A & M do what they say and follow up with any questions I had in a timely manner. They handle the insurance interaction and schedule the roof replacement within two weeks. The work crew was prompt, efficient and did an amazing job getting it all done in one day, and cleaning up like they were never there. They are very hard workers. I am thrilled I found A&M Premier, or perhaps I should say I'm thrilled they found me. I had a healthy skepticism when I first met the owner, Mr. Smith, but he and their crews truly impressed me with how well they kept to our agreed-upon timelines, explained everything to me and how everything just worked so well, despite some hiccups caused by my insurance company moving slowly. The entire insurance process was effortless from my perspective, because Mr. Smith and his team handled everything.

I'm very happy with the work they did. But more important than that, I'm exceptionally satisfied, because of their professionalism and how they treated me and my wife. Thanks so much for a great experience!

The A&M team are great! Big thanks to my salesman John Smith who worked with our insurance company to get the work done. The insurance company dragged on for almost 2 months. John was very serious and made the insurance claim. The installation was very fast. I picked the color roof that I liked on Wednesday. On Friday the materials arrived and then it was installed on Monday. The installation was very quick! The installers placed a plastic film around the house, then they quickly and carefully moved the trampoline and stools away from the plastic film. After the installation was completed, they checked the ground and grass for garbage and nails very carefully. I will recommend to all my friends and neighbors!

Awesome experience getting our roof replaced with A&M. I had seen their signs around the neighborhood and then saw one of their trucks on my street looking at our neighbor's house. I went over to ask about scheduling an inspection and they did it right then. In just a couple of hours I was contacted by our insurance and had an appointment set up for them to meet with the insurance adjuster. A couple of day later we met with a rep to look over color samples and be briefed on the rest of the process. After the initial payment from the insurance company, we were able to schedule our roof replacement that same week. The crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and cleaning everything up in a single day. I would highly recommend A&M Roofing to anyone that thinks they might need of a new roof.

I am completely satisfied with the roofing work A&M Premier Roofing & Construction did for me. From the first meeting with John when he offered to check my roof for hail damage, I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. Everything he told me about how the process would go happened as he said it would. He handled all the work to file the claim with my insurance company. The removal and re-roofing work was done in one day and when the crew left the yard was clean. I walked the yard and didn't find a single nail left behind. If you thought all contractors are just out to make a buck off you and were not customer centric...let me tell you A&M Premier Roofing is the exception to that idea. My roof looks fantastic, and it was replaced in one day! A&M Premier Roofing & Construction took care of everything, and it was a pleasure working with them. I was hesitant about submitting an insurance claim but am so glad I did. I didn't even know that was an option. A&M Premier Roofing & Construction made it so easy to go through the process and quickly responded to any questions or concerns. I received a very thorough email from A&M Premier Roofing & Construction of what to expect, the timeline of product delivery and when the work would begin. It was easy to understand, and everything was done as stated in the email. The crew was polite, courteous, hardworking, and cleaned everything up. It looked as if they weren't even there. I've highly recommended A&M Premier Roofing & Construction to all my neighbors and friends and plan to use them for their other services for siding repairs and painting. What a joy to use a company owned and operated by our veterans. It was the cherry on top!

Dealing with a roof replacement should be an easy process and A&M Premier made it so. From the initial call - which their customer service representative answered within the first two rings - to the final nail, this team was professional all around. I knew they were coming, but I was surprised to see them already working shortly after 7AM. The team made sure that all my bushes, decking, and AC units were covered to protect them from damage. Quickly the old roof came off and they were working on getting the new one on. Even while that was going on, a secondary team was cleaning up the old roof and making sure things were good to go on the ground. Minus a brief break for lunch, they worked throughout the day and got on the new roof within 8 hours of when they started. Everything was cleaned up in the yard, and before the sun went down, they were gone. Had you not known that they were there, you would not have known at all. Everything looked great, the job was done with excellence, and I was fully satisfied. From beginning to end, A&M Premier has been nothing but professional when it came to our roof replacement. I would recommend them to anyone needing a replacement done quickly and efficiently.

Hiring A&M for a roof replacement was extremely easy and a wonderful experience. Working with such an efficient and skilled company was a pleasure. A&M worked with my elderly father meticulously throughout the sale and construction process. They worked with my father in detail communicating clearly and going above and beyond to select materials and ensure his satisfaction. The follow-up after construction was also very easy as questions were answered immediately. From sales to construction crew everyone we dealt with was professional, respectful, and skilled in their position. A&M even made taking payment very easy for my dad which is important for the elderly. The work was scheduled quickly, and the crew was very efficient getting a large job done in one day. The cleanup effort of the construction crew was very impressive. They made sure to remove all construction debris from the driveway and yard ensuring nothing was left behind to cause any damage. They left everything better than how they found it. The new roof looks great, and we are at ease knowing the final product was made of the right materials and installed skillfully, and that A&M stands behind their product and workmanship. We are happy to have such a great business operating in our community.

Great experience from start to finish. The representative from A & M Premier Roofing & Construction was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that the representative identified in his initial inspection. Next, the representative was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. The team at A & M Premier Roofing & Construction was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then the representative was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. I would highly recommend A&M Premier to you if you need a new roof!

I will detail my experience by category: Initial Inspection: 5/5 The inspector was incredibly fast in coming over take a look at my roof and provide a thorough inspection of the roof. He was clear expectations and provided me a detailed roadmap of all steps ahead. Working with Insurance: 5/5 Again, the inspector was rockstar here. He worked directly with my insurance company on my behalf filing all paperwork and following up when necessary on any questions I had in the process. Shingle Selection & Paperwork: 5/5 The inspector was on time, thorough and went above and beyond in answering any and all questions that I had. Scheduling: 4/5 There was a lot of back and forth in getting a date finalized, and when it finally was, it had rained that morning and I had not been told the team would not be coming out after all. While I know no one installs a roof in the rain, I would have at least appreciated a phone call. Then I was told they would be there that Friday, but came Thursday instead. Normally this would not be a problem, but I had moved all my Friday meetings to Thursday (I work from home), so that I won't have to worry about noise on the roof during calls, and I now had my entire day of meetings have a background noise of banging and other installation noises. Roof Installation: 5/5 I am not a roofing expert but it looks good :) Payment: 4/5 Their payment system is easy - it was convenient. I loved this part! There was again some issues here regarding communication in that I was not receiving updates as to when to expect the Cert of Completion to be sent to my insurance guy, and weeks had gone by without any updates. Really the inspector and the team were rockstars with communicating, but otherwise, the overall communication left much to be desired. I will say that the inspector was very open to feedback though which I really appreciated! Overall, highly recommended :)
