I received 3 unsolicited calls from this company today on my cell phone. Complaints will be filed with the *** AG and FTC for DNC (DO NOT CALL) violations.

We are having Five Star do a second (different) roof for us within a little more than a year. We dealt with Herb, estimator, Ashley sales, and Mario, installer and are very satisfied. They have been responsive and in my view fulfilled al their promises. Cannot say enough good about them.

This company called me to offer a free estimate on my roof. I simply called the number back and asked what building I own... See I RENT an office space. When I asked about this, they said they make $2 million dollars off these calls. The lady who called me was ***. I did report them also since I am and have been registered on the national do not call list.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not do what is stated in the contract, come late, and expect payment for unfinished job. The roof leaked 19 days after they left, not finishing the job as stated in the contract. Called them to start a warranty claim and got a horse cussing like no one would believe, from the contact. Hung up, and the same person called 4 times from different numbers, cussing and harassing me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! You don't talk to customers that way.

5starsroofing gets a 5 star rating ! From the first contact , Josh ( project manager ) went through the steps of repacing my 25 year roofing shingles that were out of warrenty . He inspected the roof , helped contact my insurance company , worked with the insurance adguster , set up the delivery of materials and date for roofing crew to replace the shingles , They were here on time , finished the roof in one day ,very pleased with all 5starsroofing did , and have referred to neighbors .

I have a commercial building in Villa Park Il . And hard a bad roof. I called them and they can out for an estimate. We then agreed on a price. There guys came out and did a get job and left everything clean when they where done. We have now had the building about 7 month and no problem. They even followed up and check after the work was done that we where happy and if there was any thing else they could do. I would use them again George B M

This company is a joke! I hired them for my metal roof back in 2015 and was supposed to have 15 year warranty but ever since I have had nothing but problems. The roof leaked and we kept changing the insulation and ceilings. The last draw was when my my office got flooded, called them to come out and the guy told me to *** and claim it on my insurance (why would I do that when it is their work?). I had to ask him to leave my property as he is so unprofessional and even tried to say it is hail damage (HAIL?WHAT HAIL?). *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A NIGHTMARE AND YOU WILL REGRET IT!
