We had a rental property in need of a leak repair, as well as a leaky roof at our home. Called Prestige to get a bid for both jobs. Prestige Roofing was able to come out the next day and gave me a bid for the rental as well as for our home. The bids were very fair, and Prestige Roofing was able to fit both jobs into one day. We also had a new skylight installed at our home, along with the repairs for the leaky roof. The crew also replaced some damaged wood over the porch for no extra charge. Prestige Roofing kept us informed on the progress and answered our questions quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you!

After many months of research on who best to install our replacement roof, we chose to go with Prestige Roofing based in our local area. The people at the company with whom I worked were very professional and honored their verbal commitment to install the roof in September 2022. The entire installation crew were very courteous, cleaned the area up each day after work and operated very efficiently on the installation, completing the roof installation as promised when I signed the contract. We are extremely happy with the installation and the manner in which the employees of Prestige Roofing both communicated with us and worked at our home during the entire roof installation. I love our new roof! It is by far the best roof in my neighborhood and makes my 1945 home look updated and Beautiful. The Prestige Roof crew under the constant supervision of John was amazing. They were tidy, hard working and worked hard to make my house look amazing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

We were impressed with this company from the bid all the way to the final inspection. They gave us a very competitive price, they were prompt; they included all sorts of extras in the work like replacing and painting facia. The inspector couldn?t come until a week after the job was done. They even showed up in the morning quietly put a ladder for the inspector and quietly removed it after the final approval. This is a first rate operation. The roof looks great!

Prestige roofing has a fantastic team! From start to finish, we were consistently met with respectful, knowledgeable, and professional staff memebers. As first time clients, John was patient and reassuring of any and all concerns we had. We never felt pressured. John also continuously made sure to update us of the progress throughout the project. Prestige roofing not only goes the extra mile with installation but also the clean up which was very important because of our family pets. Overall, the service and experience was excellent and highly recommended.

My experience with this company and with John was great! Even though they are closed on Sunday's John made some extra time to come to my house and inspected it before the rain. Although the problem turned out to be minor, he took the time to explained everything to me and ensured I understood. My repair was done as fast as the next day! Contractors that provide quality work, fair prices and honest business practices are hard to come by. Prestige seems to be one of those few companies. Easy 5 star review! I know I will be back when it's time to replace my roof.

Prestige Roofing is an excellent roofing company! My single family home is in La Habra city and my roof size is about 3,900 sq ft. John Arellano spent a great deal of time answering my inquiries during initial bidding and submitted an honest estimate detailing what shingles reroofing work to be performed including replacement woods pricing. For shingles reroofing, customers can choose between GAF, Owens Corning or CertainTeed products and maybe others. Their bid for Owens Corning product was the most detailed and it beated out some of best Angie's List and Home Advisor top rated roofing/construction companies.It was a great working relationship with Prestige Roofing workers during reroofing. Lupe, Peter, Edwin, Mikey and others really took care of my concerns and questions very well, and fixed all areas as expected and beyond. I have went up to view their work on roof - they do not take short cuts and they fixed issues like a sagging roof area near chimney and house front that were not fixed right. This is a crack crew who knows roofing!I am very happy with the results with city inspector signing off the work promptly during and completion of reroofing. Lupe and the crews really did a marvelous/fantastic job of getting all wood problems (sagging roof) fixed, sealed flashings around chimney and exposed open corners sealed, created diversion channel for rain water runoff where appropriate and re-painted new wood trims to match house colors.HIRE them if you want your reroofing done properly/correctly.
