Sean P and Chase did an excellent job of working with our insurance company and the adjusters to document the roof damage and make the case for a new roof to be installed. The installers worked super hard and knocked out the job in a couple of days. Paramount has been great about addressing minor concerns and handling them in a professional manner. I would certainly recommend them as a reputable company.

Paramount Roofing Systems has been a great company to work with. As it being my first time ever having a roof replaced, this company worked fast, definitely efficient, and were also very honest and helpful throughout the process. The owner, as well as the project manager we're both extremely helpful with acknowledging me on how the process works. Definitely will be choosing this company again in the future if needed!

My experience with Paramount Roofing Systems was nothing but excellent! From start to finish, the team at Paramount Roofing took care to make sure everything was done right and top-notch. If I had a question, I dealt directly with the owner who was always accessible and happy to explain anything. They did a beautiful job on our roof and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to have a new roof done.

Had a great experience with Paramount Roofing Systems LLC. They did everything they told me and went above my expectations. A few days after the build, after a good rain, Joshua the Project Manger came by, even after I already had made my final payoff, to run the magnet again to check for any nails. This is far above and beyond any customer service I would of expected. These guys are honest, trustworthy and masters at their craft.

Paramount replaced both by Roof and my Gutters/Downspouts/Gutter Protection. The job was completed quickly and their crews were attentive to making sure each job was done to my satisfaction. Their Gutter installation crew were very detailed and even helped me replace am old light fixture that was very high and hard to reach. I would recommend Paramount. The owner followed up on the job and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Paramount Roofing offered great assistance with the insurance claim to the roof of my house. Scheduling happened in a respectful time frame, and the day of started bright and early, and they were done by days end. The roof looks great and has already been complimented on by neighbors. Clean up was done very well, as I did not find any trash in my yard around my house after, the crew used multiple tarps to prevent things from falling into my yard. Great job, great guys, great company.

Paramount was excellent to work with. Our insurance dragged their feet for months regarding our roof damage claim and Paramount helped push them into addressing the issue and even took over fighting and overturning the initial claim denial. When insurance payment finally cleared they were here in less than a week and completed the work in a single day. It looks great. Now they continue to lend a hand addressing some unrelated drainage issues I had mentioned. We are very satisfied with the service.

I am over the moon about my new roof! Chase worked with me every step of the way, from the damage assessment to the insurance claim and all the way to the completion of the job. He was very patient and responsive, answering all of my questions promptly. The team that came out to replace my roof were very respectful and diligent. They worked from the wee hours of the morning and completed the job in early afternoon. They made sure to clean up well and leave my property safe and clean. I jumped for joy when I saw the finished product. A+ company all around.

Positive experience with Paramount Roofing Systems. Responded quickly to our online inspection request and EXTREMELY helpful in communicating with my insurance company. Project manager is a licensed claims adjuster and provided insight and guidance on submitting our claim. Even met with the roof inspector and climbed up on the roof to point out hail and wind damage. Roof installers were professional and completed the project on time. Contractor is a certified GAF installer. I highly recommend this roofer, good communication with no sales pressure or tactics. Dreaded undertaking this project, but Paramount Roofing Systems, LLC made this a pleasant experience!

Sean Peterson is great if you get the chance to work with him. He came through my neighborhood and knocked on my door saying he had seen some shingles missing from my roof. I am always skeptical of door to door salespeople but he was able to take his drone out and show me pictures in a matter of minutes. Sean explained that they would be able to help me go through my home owners insurance and gave me his card. After researching Paramount Roofing and seeing that they are ComplaintsBoard.com accredited and having a conversation with my insurance company, I decided to call him back and they delivered on everything they explained. Great company to get your roof work completed by. I am highly satisfied.

We are very happy and completely satisfied with the work quality and look of our house following Paramount Roofing Systems LLC replacement of our roof and gutters. Michael (project manager) was very professional, experienced and qualified. He provided over site through the entire process including interfacing with us and our insurance company to make the process easy and stress free. Chase (company owner) also provided over site on the project. Chase and Michael each visited the worksite multiple times to ensure the crews were meeting their expectations and that we were satisfied with the outcome. We highly recommend Paramount Roofing for any of your roofing needs. They are experienced, professional and customer oriented. Very friendly folks.

New roof looks good. Appears to be very good quality work and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Communication on the front end was a little lacking. Roofing crew never showed up on the day they were originally scheduled. The day they were re-scheduled, they showed up an hour late and just started working - no knock at the door to inform us of their arrival. But all-in-all we are very satisfied. The company field rep - Jody was very nice and answered all our questions, handled the administrative end well and walked us through the process with our insurance claim. When I told him of our disappointment in the communications at the start of the job, he apologetically said they were aware of the issue and were working on correcting it moving forward.

Paramount Roofing Systems did an amazing job on our new roof! From the time they showed up at our door until the time they left after putting on our new roof, they were professional, friendly, respectful and hard working. Taylor and Chase handled everything with our insurance company so it couldn't have been any easier. We only paid our deductible (which was really low) so we felt like we were walking away with almost a free roof! If you're looking for an honest, reliable, hard working, company with the best product out there, then look no further than Paramount Roofing! They get the job done when they say they will and they clean up behind themselves too! This was our first experience with a roof and we couldn't be happier. We'd use them again and we'd recommend them to friends and family in a heart beat.

PRS did a good job on my new roof in late July . Jody was professional, answered all my questions, took pictures of the roof for my claim processing. Jody responded to all my calls and text throughout the claim process and during the job. PRS made the claim process easy and Jody was available to meet when I was able to schedule an adjuster during COVID to inspect my roof for the claim I filed. Jody is easy to work with and was available to assist me with the insurance claim. Thus far I feel that the job was done with quality materials and with pride of ownership. I also decided to use PRS for new gutters and I am scheduled for the old gutters and removal by month end and I trust that a quality materials and pride of ownership on the installation job will be done as well. The only thing I was not aware of is that if you still use satellite tv and it is installed on your roof you will need to schedule the reinstallation of the dish by the service provider.

We were approached by Paramount Roofing Systems last year at the start of the pandemic to offer to look at our roof and provide repair/replacement services. We began to notice leaking in our garage and contacted a local plumber to first check if we were having a plumbing leak. The plumber found the leak not to be from any pipes or sinks/toilets/tubs/etc but from a small gap in our roof where it was just redone. My husband, John Smith, has tried contacting Paramount Roofing Systems several times and was given empty promises of return calls and house visits to assess the situation. This has been ongoing for several months, but I'm done with being nice and patient and want a resolution now. We are seeking repairs to the initial roofing job, repairs to the sheetrock the plumber had to cut to diagnose the leak, and a refund for the cost of the plumber's diagnostic analysis.
