During a heavy rain event, I discovered three areas of our roofing that were leaking. Legacy Construction and Roofing had been replacing roofs in our neighborhood over the past couple of years. I spoke to those neighbors and researched the company online before contacting them. The representative with Legacy came out and reviewed the condition of the roof. He showed me pictures of extensive hail damage and recommended that I contact my insurance company. Jonathan came back out and met the claims adjuster. They both agreed that the damage was covered and that the roof should be fully replaced. Legacy agreed to the estimate provided by the insurance company. I was very pleased that Legacy did not require a deposit.

The team that replaced the roof exceeded all my expectations. Traps were placed around the house and stretched out into the yard to collect debris. They brought to my attention that the flashing around the chimney had been done improperly and showed me pictures where it had pulled away allowing rain to get between the chimney and the house. At a nominal cost, they corrected the error by turning the flashing into the brick joints and then sealing the flashing in the joints. The team was very professional. Neighbors commented on how they liked how the new roof looked. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction and Roofing to replace a roof.

About four years ago, a hail storm came through West ***. A friend of mine in *** said that he had Legacy look at his roof and they determined he had enough damage to make a claim. He hired them, was very satisfied with their work and the whole process, so I gave them a call for a free assessment. After going on my roof, taking photos, and fully assessing, they felt there was not enough damage to make a claim. I was surprised since it was certainly in their best interest to encourage a claim be made so they could win my business. That impressed me and said a lot about the integrity of their staff and company.

Jump ahead four years to the hail storm we had in West *** in late September . I had Legacy come out again and this time they assured me I had enough damage to make a claim. So, make a claim I did, but it was denied by my insurance company who had sent an adjuster from out of state and clearly could not be convinced that any significant damage had occurred. When I contacted Legacy to let them know that I was denied, they were adamant that there was enough damage and were willing to back me up with their integrity on the line. They told me to request a new adjuster, which was my right, and they met with him on site to go over their photos and findings. My claim was subsequently approved only because of the extra effort and backing by Legacy. My new roof was completed last month and looks great. Roof assessment was free, no money down, payment from you or insurance is due only after completion.

Legacy did a roof replacement for us a few weeks back. We worked with John Smith, and felt he (and Legacy) did a great job). John was very responsive, worked with the insurance company (ABC Insurance) to ensure we had no out of pocket payment, and the work itself was completed well in one day. John Smith of Legacy Construction and Roofing responded promptly to have my roof checked, after being told it needed attention. He addressed some minor issues. He was informative, friendly, yet professional. He also was kind enough to remove an abundance of straw and leaves from my roof. I highly recommend John Smith and his company. Legacy Construction & Roofing oversaw our new roof installation several years ago. We recently developed a leak around a vent cap that turned out to be unrelated to the roof installation and well beyond the warranty period anyway. Legacy Construction & Roofing came out three different times in the process of assessing, ordering a new vent cap and installing it and didn't charge us for any of it. Legacy Construction & Roofing just replaced our roof and did an amazing job. They placed the materials in our driveway the day before the job, exactly where we had asked them to. They started on a Friday morning, break of day, and finished by noon on Saturday, hardly leaving a trace - and the roof looks wonderful. When you need a new roof, look no further than Legacy Construction and Roofing. They were thorough from the 1st day they contacted me until the job was completed in one day. The turn key operation was one of the best I've ever seen. From having the foresight to order a few plywood sheets to new fan covers that match the roof color rather than just silver sheet metal. It turned out I needed 3 large sections of roofing plywood replaced that were rotted from water damage. They had the equipment ready to cut the pieces for exact fits. Again, they were as thorough replacing the roof as with their cleanup, nails included. Again, great job Legacy!

We recently (end of August ) had our roof replaced by Legacy. Job was completed in one full day and the following morning. Clean up was as good as can be expected with how messy tear offs can be. Roof looks great, no leaks from the torrential rain that has happened over the past 2 weeks. Very pleased with the trim guy who showed up to replace some rotted fascia boards we had discussed for replacement. I helped clean up the nails with the crew and have found very few nails that were missed. I'm a difficult person for contractors to deal with because I have worked in the building products industry for many years and I am a do it yourself kind of person so not much evades me. But I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Legacy Roofing.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are so professional and did a great job. The most impressive quality over the whole process was the excellent communication and responsiveness from our contact, [insert name of contact]. Everything he said would happen, happened when he said it would! He definitely went above and beyond in every aspect of our roof replacement. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We are very pleased with the work Legacy Construction & Roofing did replacing our hail-damaged roof. We heard about Legacy from a friend who had their roof replaced last year. John Smith was our main point of contact, and he walked us through all the steps or our repair process including being present when the insurance adjuster came to inspect our damage, ensuring the cost of our new roof was fully covered by the insurance claim and finding us additional contractors for repairs to exterior wood rot and window treatment that were also in need of repair. A few boards on our deck were damaged during the removal of our old roof, and Legacy fixed that damage for no charge, and in fact, our deck looks better now than it did before. Our roof looks great and many neighbors hit by the same storm are still waiting for their contractors to get started. We are very glad we called Legacy Construction & Roofing.

I have received the best service from John Smith (service provider's name) about the roof work. John has been working at Legacy Construction & Roofing (LCR) for about 12 years.

I have recently purchased a new house where the roof needed minor repairs according to the inspection report:
1. The upper ridge vent needs to be re-nailed.
2. A raised shingle next to the rear center exhaust vent cover needs to be secured.

I contacted John and Legacy Construction and Roofing to discuss and estimate these issues. He showed up at the exact scheduled time and informed me that these were minor repairs. And then, he just repaired them right away! He was so professional!

And even he texted me with photos he took for the repaired areas to relieve me. I really appreciate his time, effort, and service.

He said that he can stop by every year to manage and check my roof, and I can call him anytime whenever I have any concerns or any help about the roof and even other construction things.
