The StormGuard team provided professional great looking results. They worked with our insurance adjuster to ensure all details were covered and no surprises. The work was completed within the promised time and everything was cleaned up when the last tech left. Our roof, skylights and guttering all look awesome ! Highly recommend!

Very pleased with Storm Guard Roofing and Construction. Had roof replaced and the house siding replaced through insurance. The team at Storm Guard helped us walk through all the unknowns and insurance language. They definitely helped get the insurance company to cover hail damage to the roof and siding, and I'm sure if I did this on my own, the insurance wouldn't cover as much as they did.

We received over $35,000 in property damage due to hail, last year. We ended up with Stormguard. They made a complicated process proceed like a breeze. Roof, siding, screening were all replaced with high quality materials. Their crews were great and everything got cleaned-up. Paid extra for several upgrades which we probably couldn't do without the help of insurance.

Thanks StormGuard! They provided a roof assessment, worked closely with our insurance to ensure coverage before we filed a claim. We had photos of the hail (in February) to support our damage claim. Will provided an accurate timeline, followed up multiple times by phone as well. The roof crew was kind and professional, cleaned up after themselves. Overall great experience, I would go with StormGuard again!

StormGuard was fantastic to deal with. They are flexible and professional and they were able to streamline my replacement roof to meet a tight deadline. Following the installation of a new roof 5 years ago, we had our 5-year inspection today. We were very impressed with the drone inspection and their exceptional expertise in explaining the inspection. The inspector did get on the garage roof to check an area that was of concern to us. We are pleased with the installation done by Storm Guard and the professionalism shown by their team. We have recommended Storm Guard to friends in the community.

Great company to work with from beginning to end. Storm Guard worked with my insurance company in determining storm damage and coverage. Storm Guard also took care of contacting the the solar company in coordinating the removal of my solar panels. I was pleased with the entire process of selecting my new metal roof, removal of the existing roof, and the installation of the new roof. Everything was top quality from the roofers to the materials to the finish product. Care was taken of my property and the area was cleaned up each day. I I was kept informed of the progress.

We were very pleased with the work performed by STORM GUARD. We also had them do some front of the house repairs. The workers were very respectful completely cleaned up and removed all debris. We had no complaints about the quality of the workmanship. The people who represented the company was just wonderful, they kept us well informed of what the prices changes were and they dealt with the insurance Co. We were worried free of talking to the insurance company on any issues. We would definitely use them again and recommend for business. It was a pleasure working with them

I highly recommend Stormguard! We had our roof and gutters recently replaced and covered through insurance. Storm guard walked us through the process step by step. They were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Im a realtor and have been recommending stormguard to my clients for a few years now. I finally had a chance to work with them myself and I will absolutely continue to recommend them going forward. Its hard to find good contractors in this business and they are second to none. Thanks for my new roof!

6 Stormguard replaced our roof. Now we have some rotting soffits because no drip edge was installed. We did not know or were we told by Mitch Johnson that we would be in violation of St. Louis County roofing code without it, nor did he educate us on the need for drip edge, something that a professional would be expected to do. The company's only answer is that they “offer" drip edge to all clients, but it is meaningless, if the clients don't know what it is. Stormguard said State Farm would not pay for it, but it turns out that they would have because it is Code for the County. Too late now. Also, very bad response time. Very little supervision of non English speaking workers. Perhaps this will help Mitch Johnson to improve his presentation?

Integrity We called Storm Guard after interviewing several other businesses first. names you would have heard of on T.V. Storm Guard was the perfect fit for us; they were local, had a can do attitude and the process from start to finish was so professional that it allayed any fears that we might have had. The owner, [Owner's Name] came to the house to see the project (a screened-in porch with a second-floor walk-out deck on the roof of the porch). The 30-year-old roof and the deck above needed replacing. We also needed to try and salvage the huge [amount of money] wooden beams that lined the ceiling of the porch. [Owner's Name] assembled a crew of two who were the nicest, most capable guys you would want hanging around your house! Ha Ha! No loud music, super productive, and the positive can do spirit.The showroom in Pacific is very nice where you can consult with [Owner's Name] on the materials. He will work with your budget and listen to your preferences. From start to finish, this company gets an A+ rating.

I wanted to hire someone to completely remodel the outside of my home and detached garage as it had sat vacant for over a decade without any maintenance while I was working out-of-state. The exterior of the home was in pretty sad shape. After receiving 3 bids from contractors in my area, I chose Storm Guard based on their online and ComplaintsBoard.com reviews. They were not the lowest bid, but based on the level of professionalism and knowledge of what would be required to do the remodel, I just knew these folks were the ones to use. Storm Guard is a family owned business located in Pacific. Honestly, their sales rep, Mitch, was the final deciding factor. After the free initial evaluation and bid, Mitch found hail damage on the roof and gutters that I was unaware of as the house had been vacant while I was working out of state. He worked with me and my insurance company and I was able to recover a large portion of the roof and gutter costs! Storm Guard replaced the roof, siding, sheathing, trim, and windows on both buildings. The crews that did the work were awesome. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up at the end of each day, and they answered any questions I had during the process. Their attention to detail in all aspects of the work preformed was second to none! These folks are the real deal and I'm very glad I chose them. I'm completely satisfied with their work and love my “new" home and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!
