Duke Energy – Very high bill wasn’t aware of unauthorized charge

This is absolutely ridiculous I did a report aswell about this issue aswell my bill was ridiculous overcharge communication with Duke energy I give -0 This is absolutely crazy. Because of this I might be homeless I was not aware of any of this I didn’t get any notifications about this and now I happen to go on the website and now it’s saying I will be getting disconnected which is not right so I will be taken futher notice about this Matter.
