Malcome and Teneka are incredible, you can tell this dealership genuinely takes customer service seriously. From literally step 1 of this purchase to the very end they went above and beyond to not only be extremely efficient and professional but made me feel like I was there only customer they had to take care of. The process was very easy and clear. They explained every step as I went along the process, they were patient with all my questions. Most importantly I got the exact vehicle I wanted. I've honestly never had a car purchase so seamless and smooth. I would highly recommend this West Ashley dealership as well as Malcome and Teneka. Drive Time is very fortunate to employ these persons and i feel very fortunate they were there in my time if need to purchase a second vehicle.
