I visited the dealership on Shadeland Ave in Indianapolis, Indiana, and I have to say that when I first walked in, there were only two employees and the manager. We had to wait because they were short-staffed, but they greeted us immediately and offered us bottled water while we waited. Bryan informed us that we could take a look around the lot and he would join us in a few minutes. We looked around, but we already had two vehicles in mind that we wanted. Bryan B was our salesman, and let me tell you, he was amazing. He was very honest with us (which I loved) and helped us when we encountered a problem. A typical salesman might have given up because it was too much trouble, but he persisted and resolved the issue with the assistance of Nick, who helped with some technical matters. We ended up test driving about four cars, but we didn't like any of them. There was one that we liked, but it was at another location. Bryan was going to call them and have us go there, but I realized that he wouldn't get the sale. After all the effort he put into resolving the problem, he deserved the sale. We thought the original car we wanted was beyond our budget, but he assured us it wasn't. We test drove it and loved it. We completed the paperwork and drove off the lot in our new car. I am so grateful for the men at Drive Time on Shadeland.
