213A013516 Bought the unit in 2021 with 5 yr extended warranty contacted Dreams Feb 2024 with structural issue with headboard we were told that headboard was not incuded in warranty. Lots of discussion with dreams and mb&ginsurance occurred until it was finally agreed that it was in fact covered by the warranty great - but on no the waranty has now expired so there was nothing they could do I was told. If they had dealt with it properly at the time and given us the proper information it would have been repaired/replaced under warranty
