I been messin' with this company for a hot minute
I been messin' with this company for a hot minute. The first awning I had came with my crib when I bought it in 2000. It got messed up in a snowstorm that caught me off guard. They hooked me up with a new one in no time and had me ready for the next Spring. The material and workmanship was on point and my girl Kee Kee was hella polite and professional. I'm definitely gonna keep using and telling people about this company for future stuff.

I got a awning for my front porch on 7/17
I got a awning for my front porch on 7/17. It's been up for less than a year and after a storm a bolt came out and part of the awning attached crinkled. I called the company twice but they didn't help me. When I bought the awning for $1100, they said they would repair it for free if there were any problems, like wind damage. But now they won't fix it. I hope no one else gets tricked by this company's lies. I don't want another storm to take my whole awning down because this company doesn't stand by their work.

I got a retractable awning from these guys back in 2016. It was working fine until October when it started acting up. I've been trying to get it fixed since then, but it's been a real hassle. I've been calling them and leaving messages, but no one ever gets back to me. They did send some guys out to check it out a couple of times, but nothing ever happened after that. They keep saying they'll call me back, but they never do. I even started taking notes on my interactions with them in November , just to keep track of everything. I don't know what's going on, but it's really frustrating. I'll attach a copy of the installation contract and my notes so you can see what I'm dealing with.
