I ordered a table pad in June and paid $334.00

I ordered a table pad in June and paid $334.00. The sales person, Don, told me he had a template for the size and finish of my table. All I had to do was tell him the color on the bottom and the type of locks I wanted. I said I would check the website and call in the morning to make the payment.

The next day, I called and spoke to Karen, another sales person. She was able to find my order from the previous day. When the pad arrived, it had the wrong finish. I called and spoke to Lynn, who asked me to send her photos showing how off the finish was. Then she told me that their policy was to send color swatches first to make sure the color was right. Neither Don nor Karen had offered this to me. Lynn then said I could keep the wrong color pad and she would send me swatches and reorder the correct pad. They would send me the right pad and I could keep both due to the error.

The owner called the next day and said I would have to pay to ship back the wrong pad and pay for the new one.
