Hey Tiles

I ordered some tile from Hey Tiles on 03/22/2022 for $341.13. My order number was 2187. When I got the tile, it was all cracked and no good. I told customer service and they said they'd get back to me. But now they're not answering my emails. I want my money back because the tile was no good.

Hey Tiles told me they had a tile in stock and that it had already shipped. But after weeks of me checking in, I still haven't received the tile. They finally offered to refund me because the tile is stuck in port. I get that there are supply chain issues with construction right now, but this company straight up lied to me over the phone and email on at least 4 different occasions. Save yourself the trouble and buy your tile from somewhere else.

Hey Tiles is the worst company I ever bought from. I got four boxes of broken tile and called them. They said they would send replacement boxes, so I paid $200.00 for shipping. But they never sent the replacements. I called again and he said he would get them sent, but they never came. I called again and they said they would send them, but they never did. Needless to say, I never got them replaced. I spent $700 for nine boxes of tile, but I never even got all of them. Buyers beware, I would be careful buying from this company.

I had a bad experience with Hey Tiles. They messed up the prices on their website and sent me the wrong amount of tiles. I contacted them and they said they only sell by the piece, not the box. But their website said otherwise. I had to argue with them for 2 months to get a refund. And even then, they only gave me some of my money back. It was a confusing and frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this business. It's embarrassing that they're still in business.

Hey Tiles is a sketchy company, I'm not even sure if it's a real company. I called to order a tile sample and the guy said they had 900 pieces in stock. I got the sample the next day and decided to place a bigger order for $1200. When the order arrived, it was six heavy boxes and they sent me a tile I didn't even order. When I asked why, he said it was never in stock. I had to beg for return labels and it took him two days to send them. He put a fake address on the labels so the boxes couldn't be delivered and ended up at a FedEx facility nearby. He said he would pick them up but it was crazy. He was lying about refunding me too. I had to get *** involved. Thank goodness I used that card to pay. This guy is a liar and a cheat. Don't do business with this company, it's a total scam. I wish I could give them zero stars.
