I had a terrible experience with them when I purchased an oxymeter on April 22, 2021. I paid the full amount of 3499 online, but once they received the payment, they delayed the dispatch process. I was really disappointed because an oxymeter is an essential item these days, especially with the ongoing pandemic. I ordered it with the hope of receiving it soon, but it's been weeks and they still haven't dispatched it.

What's worse is that they don't even have an option to cancel the order if it takes too long to deliver. This means that they waste your time and money. I feel like I've been scammed by this company. They're a total fraud and I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase anything directly from Dr. TRUST.

If you really want to purchase something from them, I suggest you do it through Amazon or Flipkart. At least with these platforms, you have the option to cancel or return the product if there are any issues with it or the service. I learned my lesson the hard way and I hope you don't make the same mistake. Stay away from Dr. TRUST!

I recently bought an oxymeter from Dr Trust (Order No - ***). The website showed that it would be delivered on 17th Oct, but unfortunately, it did not arrive on time. I had already paid the amount online, which was Rs1999. When I contacted their customer service, they informed me that the order had already been dispatched and could not be cancelled. However, after some argument, they changed their policy and told me that if I cancelled the order, I would have to pay courier charges of Rs372. When I asked them why I had to pay the charges, they could not provide me with a satisfactory answer.

I also asked them what would happen if I had chosen Cash on Delivery as the payment method, and whether I would still have to pay the courier charges. However, they did not have an answer for that either. Therefore, I would advise you not to purchase any products directly from Dr Trust. If you want to buy something from them, it would be better to do so from Amazon or Flipkart. At least with these platforms, you will not be charged any courier charges :).

I bought something from Dr Trust, but it never came. The people who work there didn't even check if it was sent or not. Eventually, they said it was sent with bluedart, but the tracking number was wrong. After waiting for three weeks, they gave me another number with delhivery, but that was also wrong. If they see that you're telling the truth about them, they'll delete your comments and block you. Don't buy anything from these scammers. Even after three months of calling, messaging, and emailing them, they still haven't given me my money back.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Dr Trust. I had a problem with my order and when I called their customer support, they didn't have any answers for me. I placed my order on 06/06/2020 and my order number is ***. I was eagerly waiting for the tracking number, but unfortunately, I didn't receive it until yesterday. On the 9th, I called customer care and was informed that there was a technical issue in the warehouse, which caused a delay in shipping my order. The executive assured me that I would receive a call from the team by the evening with all the updates regarding my order and tracking number. However, I didn't receive any call from the team yesterday, which made me worried about my order status. So, I called customer care again around 5 O'Clock, and finally, I got the tracking number. The executive informed me that my order would be dispatched today.

The next morning, I checked my order status, and to my surprise, it showed that my order was not delivered to the shipper. I was disappointed and frustrated with the kind of customer service and satisfaction provided by Dr. Trust. I mean, how can you not inform the customer about the technical issue in the warehouse? It's not fair to keep the customer in the dark about their order status.

When I asked about the refund or customer satisfaction policy, the customer care executive informed me that they don't have any such policy. I was shocked to hear that. It means that they take payment online from customers and make them fool. It's a clear case of cheating with the customer. I feel robbed by Dr. Trust through their online portal.

Dr. Trust is a big brand, and I expected a better experience from them. But unfortunately, I didn't receive my product yet, and I'm not sure when I will receive it. I hope Dr. Trust takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service and satisfaction policies.

Dr Trust is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. I had a terrible experience with them when I placed an order for a baby seat a week before my travel for a 2-week-old baby. They promised express delivery within 24 to 48 hours, but I received a mail mentioning the delivery date after 15 days. I was shocked and called their customer care, but they answered irresponsibly.

Even before placing the order, I called their customer care and checked whether the express delivery is accurate as it is mentioned as 24hrs to 48 hrs. The person on the phone confirmed that it would be delivered in 24hrs or 48hrs during business days. I agreed and placed the order. However, it's been more than a week, and on contacting the customer agent, they are saying that the estimated delivery date is 15 days. I don't understand why they would make such a promise if they cannot keep it.

I asked them if they could cancel my order, and they replied that there is no order cancellation or refund available. I asked them for Delhivery's contact details, thinking that I could pay extra to get the courier if they have any express services. They blindly said they don't have their details. I asked them what else they have to support my necessity, and they said that they can raise a request on this case. It is absurd to know that I won't be able to use a product that is purchased from DrTrust. We are leaving the town in a day where the courier will be delivered to nobody being at home for a month. It is a complete waste of money! I spent more than 6k on this product, and now I cannot even use it.

In conclusion, I would advise people to ban or report this page drtrust.in. It is a very bad and untrustable website with fake delivery options. They make promises that they cannot keep, and their customer care is very irresponsible. I hope my experience will help others avoid the same mistake that I made.

I sent her the invoice and photo of the wheelchair, but I reminded her that I could not send her a photo of the missing IR thermometer since I had not received it.

Today, I received another email from Ms. Gupta, saying that I should have contacted them within 24 hours. This was very frustrating since it had been almost a month since I first contacted them. I feel like this company is a fraud, and they do not care about their customers. They even close their phone numbers, making it impossible to reach them. It is not a good practice for a company to handle customer queries through email only.

Now, they are refusing to refund my money for the missing IR thermometer. I would advise anyone not to buy from this company. It is better to buy from Amazon or Flipkart, where you can be sure of getting good customer service and a hassle-free shopping experience.

I recently purchased a Dr. Physio Leg Massager 1008 from Dr Trust's website, drtrust.in, and unfortunately, I have had a less than satisfactory experience. The product was delivered on February 2nd, but from day one, the heating option was not working. I reached out to their customer care on February 27th, and was directed to communicate my concerns through WhatsApp with a representative named Neha.

I followed all of the instructions given to me, but was surprised when they asked me to send a one minute video of me operating the machine to confirm whether the heating function was working or not. Even my 12 year old son was confused by this request, as it seemed impossible to gauge physical changes in temperature through a video.

After this, they asked me to repack and send the product back to their facility in Mohali for assessment. While they did offer to reimburse the courier expenses, they also included a disclaimer that my claim would not be entertained if the product was damaged in transit. I became frustrated with the lack of progress and requested to speak with someone higher up in the company. However, Neha continued to repeat the same responses, like a broken record.

As the product is quite heavy and expensive, I am hesitant to send it back without any physical confirmation of the issue. I worry that the company may claim that it was working fine in their lab when they dispatched it, and that the issue may be due to my improper use of the product.

Overall, I am disappointed with the customer service I have received from Dr Trust. They have started avoiding my calls and only respond with one-liner messages asking me to communicate through WhatsApp. As a customer, I expect better communication and support when dealing with a faulty product.

I recently bought a Glucometer model number 9001 from Dr Trust's website. I received the product on 5th June 2021 and tried to activate it the next day. However, the device was not turning on, no matter how many times I tried. I immediately contacted Dr Trust's customer care via email on 6th June 2021 to report the non-functioning device. To my surprise, I received a prompt response from their customer care team on 6th and 7th June 2021, asking me to share the necessary details on their WhatsApp number, such as a copy of the invoice, serial number of the device with a photo and video of the defective device. I shared all the details as requested.

I was in constant touch with Dr Trust's customer care team on WhatsApp and email, but unfortunately, nothing fruitful happened. So, on 15th June 2021, I requested the customer care team to provide me with the email ID of their CEO, Mr Aryan Goyal, MD, Mr Saurabh Goyal, or Marketing Director, Mr Rohit Saini, to apprise them of the product's condition as no fruitful solution was given by the customer care team. However, I knew that the customer care team would not provide me with any of these details. Somehow, I was able to get the Twitter account of Mr Rohit Saini and informed him of the defective device's status. To my great surprise, I received a WhatsApp message on 15th June 2021, asking me to send the material to their service center at my own cost, and they also showed me their warranty terms and conditions.

The warranty terms and conditions state that if the product received in good working condition gets defective during the warranty period, the customer can claim the warranty. However, since I received a non-working (defective) product, I did not understand why I had to send the material at my own cost.

I tweeted Mr Rohit Saini from time to time, but unfortunately, nothing happened. After purchasing the product from Dr Trust's website, I felt like they treated me like a beggar. On 21st June 2021, I sent the product to their service center at my own cost. However, on 26th June 2021, I received a message stating that my area pin code was not serviceable. I decided to test whether my pin code was serviceable or not and tried to purchase an Oximeter from their website. To my surprise, their website accepted my pin code. Although I did not proceed with the payment, I shared the screenshot with their customer care team, but nothing happened.

Since then, nothing has happened, and I am extremely disappointed with Dr Trust's services. Purchasing or replacing Dr Trust's products from Amazon is much easier as Dr Trust has to work according to Amazon's terms and conditions. However, customers who purchase directly from Dr Trust's website are being governed by their dictatorship. My experience with Dr Trust has been terrible, and I believe they should be rechristened as Dr Dis-Trust.

I have raise the support requiest on my BP machine and they ask me to sent the machine and I have sent it. they have confirm that product is received and will update. after one month they are saying they have not received the product. however DTDC courier is showing successfully delivered and there receivers sign also.

due to lost my mobile I followed up late and I lost my all conversations where they confirmed that product is received. i have proof that courier receivers sing and date.

I had a really bad experience with Dr Trust. I ordered a back massager from their website, but instead I received a BP monitoring device. It was really frustrating because I had to wait for 20 days to return the product. Their response time is very slow and it's really hard to get in touch with them on the phone. I was really disappointed with their service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to order anything from their website. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my product. I hope they improve their service in the future.

I wouldn't recommend ordering Dr Trust products from their website. They don't have a good response time and they show one delivery date before payment, but then show a different date after payment is made.

I booked my order on February 12th, 2022 and it showed that the product would be dispatched within 2 to 4 days. However, as of today at 2:28 pm, I still haven't received my product. Even when I tried calling customer care, there was no response. It seems like they only care about promoting their products through colorful posts and ads, but the actual service is quite poor.
