Dot and Bo have sent me three United States Post Office labels to return, Hauled the box to the post office and they will not ship, the box is too big.
Tried UPS yesterday and the cost of shipping is outrageous at $380 the chairs cost me $355.
I need to get these chairs returned and my money back. I need your help accomplishing this and not by sending me another Post office label.
I looked up trying to find a person to connect with, impossible.
Desired outcome: To be able to return the chairs, I need a refund on my American Express. My money is very tight and I never imagined when I ordered these chairs that I would have so much difficulty returning them. I appreciate your help.

they are a horrible company first i never even looked at their site then they start emailing me over 19 times a day or more and i beg to unsubscribe and emailed them to stop i finally had to call them and scream over their phone to stop if this is what they call customer service then i feel sorry for their customers they harrass people and could care less about cust service. dont order from them

Two days ago I discovered that the Dot & Bo company online is using 19 of my original designs (that they stole from either Zazzle or Deviant Art, or Pixels.com) on their shower curtains and tote bags. I have sent them several emails with the deadline of today to remove my designs frim their products, but they do not respond. I see from the many other complaints that they never respond to anyone.
My next step is legal action, as they also have not paid their invoice for illegally using my designs AND for putting "designed by My Name" (using my actual name!) in the title of each product using a stolen design. This is stating illegally that I designed their products, which I did not. Two other artists that are in my circle also have their original designs illegally on this site. I would never work for a company that infringes on the copyrights of artists!
They make it impossible to UNSUBSCRIBE
Just try unsubscribing! It REQUIRES that you create a user name and password ... that is, they INSIST that you register with them to make them stop inundating you with SPAM.
Don't give them your email for any reason ... you'll regret it. ANY other site lets you simply click - maybe two times - and they leave you alone.
DOT & BO are the lone exception I've experienced.
bath mat
I purchased a bath mat that was listed at regularly being priced at $60.00 and was supposed to be luxurious and thick. The picture makes it look like a large thick heavy mat...It turned out to be a small very light (barely 1 lb) if that...piece of junk and I paid $20 for it. To return it I have to pay $9.00...I will never purchase anything from them again. They are scammers...

I ordered these tables for my clients. They are barely using the room since we are waiting for all new furniture, and they have been out of town for a week. The tables already has a ton of scratches on them. As an Interior Designer it is very bad business for me to recommend tables such as these that extremely poorly made and have already scratched this much with minimal use.
I would like to return these products asap!

Aude white modern chairs
Dear Sirs: We purchased six Aude White Modern Chairs a few months ago. One of the six chairs has a problem. The chair between the back rest and the flat part of the chair appears to have failed and doesn't support sitting in it without giving way and bending back. It should be replaced or at least the seat part of the chair.

how come I subscribed to their endless emails?
My inbox is overwhelmed by their spam.
I tried to cancel the subscription a million times, but it never worked.
I bought just once from them and now they think they have me and have the right to bombard me with their stupid email. Customer service doesn't work. Impossible to cancel the subscription.
It's a messy terrible store and please, stay away from them. Don't buy anything from them or give them an email you care nothing about.
don't waste your time and money
hahah I was so naive ordering from them. Found items I really liked and couldn't wait to get them. So I bought 6 items for a good price and only after the payment and confirmation they mentioned that the delivery will take about 1, 5-2 months... However, I had time and agreed with that. Unfortunately, I got only 2 items out o 6 and never used them because of a terrible quality. Speaking of the others, they were promised to be gotten within one or two weeks, but they never arrived. Probably they will never arrive. So all I want now is a refund, but I know that it would be hard.

I received an email advertising a SPECIAL Sale for a Limited Time - Additional 35% Off Select Items. I placed an order on Aug 1, 2017 for 5 items. I received emails 3 days later cancelling all of my orders per the merchants requests. All of the items are still available for sale on their web page. (of coarse NOT for the Sale price I was offered) I can understand if something was SOLD OUT but my entire order was cancelled and everything is still being offered on their site. I would like to know what happened.

I've waited since April 15 for my order. When I finally received it, it was not at all like the photos on their website. I also do not have the shelves I ordered only the bench.
Tried to call but nothing and no one! I paid $188 for this order!

Over a month ago, out of the blue, I began receiving unwanted and unsolicited email from Dot & Bo. I tried numerous times to unsubscribe, contacted customer service, even messaged them trough Facebook.
On 02/23, their customer service department emailed me stating I had been removed from their email distribution. This was clearly a lie, or further demonstrates their unprofessionalism and incompetence, as I have received daily marketing email from them since that date.
I have continued to request to be unsubscribed, continued to contact customer service, with no response and no resolution.

Ordered from Dot & Bo and it took them forever to deliver my order. When it finally arrived color of the item was incorrect and there was a big scratch.
I contacted Dot & Bo customer service and they gave me a run around and asked for some pictures. I sent them pics where it was clearly seen that item was defective but they claimed that there was nothing wrong! These people are blind or what? I'm so angry at Dot & Bo and will never order anything from them again!

I have ordered a few items from Dot & Bo in past and was very happy. Recently I decided to buy a new rug. I decided to use Dot & Bo again, because they seemed very trustworthy. So I order my rug and but when it arrived I was very disappointed because it looked nothing like pictures. I contacted them and explained the situation and was offered a replacement. So I sent the wrong one back, but received nothing yet! Two weeks already passed and I heard nothing from them. What is going on? I need some help!
unprofessional
I ordered from Dot & Bo, but when I opened the package, I realised that one item was missing. I contacted customer support and they gave me a $10 credit and promised to send the missing ting as soon as possible. The whole process took approximately 3 weeks. Well, I actually received my item, but completely wrong. This was purchased as a Christmas gift, so I was quite nervous. I contacted Dot & Bo again and finally placed a correct order. But the only thing that bothered e was that I had to wait another 3 weeks. Received the item only yesterday. Quite sad, because they sell really good products, but customer service is unprofessional.
the lamps weren't the same as on the website
I was shocked with the services, which provided the company www.dotandbo.com. I have ordered two lamps and they didn’t look alike as on the website. I emailed the seller, who excused and told that the lamps were misrepresented on the website. He promised to return money back, but asked to return lamps. Also, he told that I would pay for the return shipping. Basically, it was their mistake, but they wanted money from me. Awful.
the seller has lost my order
Ridiculous website. I have bought coatrack from the company www.dotandbo.com. It was mentioned that I would get the order before 30th of July. It is the mid-August and still no delivery of the order. I contacted the seller, but he shocked me, because he has no idea where the order was. I was shocked and gave them a week to find the order and provide positive news. Still nothing.
they lost our order
We bought 5 chairs from www.dotandbo.com. As the seller stated the delivery could take 4-6 weeks. We could check the status on the website. We noticed that the order was sent 10 days after the purchase. We continued to track the order, but after some time we understood that something was wrong. The order stuck somewhere and we have no idea where. The rep didn’t provide any precise info. We are worried and hope that we will get the order at all.
they damaged my items and refused to provide compensation
We bought two chairs and lighting from www.dotandbo.com. The quality was awful as well as the delivery guys damaged it. When I told them that they ruined my items, they told to call to the company and solve this problem with them. I called, but the seller refused to provide compensation or change the items. He refused to check the pictures, which I have sent him. Awful. Stay away from these dishonest and unprofessional people.

I am sorry for the trouble you are having with this return. The problem on our end, is that our system generates USPS labels for items based on size and weight data we have for them. According to the USPS website, they should take all packages that are under 70lbs and the total height + length + width are under 130 inches. They should have taken this return. It can take us up to 2 business days to respond to messages. You messaged us late Friday afternoon and we are working with our warehouse to get you a FedEx label. You have not given us a chance to inform you of this. You should get that message today and it can take a couple extra days to get those alternate label because it's a bit out of the ordinary for us. We appreciate your patience in this matter.
