Domino's Pizza pizzas

I had ordered a pizza, all hungry and exhausted, and waited for the pizza to arrive approximately for 45 minutes. The company has an offer of 30 minutes or free. And I was not given the offer. I had to pay the full amount, and also the pizzas were all cold. This is not how customer satisfaction works, and this is a form of mental harassment, promising a thing, and providing another. This is one thing I will not tolerate, and would like dominoes to credit the amount into my balance.

Domino's Pizza time of delivery

At approximately 2.30 pm I put a pizza order in for my work colleagues and myself for us to enjoy on are lunch break at 9.45pm . We have 30 minutes for are break but are pizzas turned up at 10.10pm so we could not eat them because we had to go back to work . I paid the driver gave a tip as always as probably not his fault . When I place a large order 7 hours early I was expecting it on time give or take 5 minuets. I use dominos as I think there pizzas are the best but I don't want this to happen again, there was a lot of hungry angry people at my Cummins plant last because of this, is it worth trying your services again ? Is it an on going problem?

Domino's Pizza the brownies

I ordered brownies for $6.99 . When I received the brownies they were burnt. I call the domino pizza on 5th Ave in Redwood City CA. The manager was so rude and he hung up on me when I was letting him know that he was giving me bad customer service. I've been in retail For 18 years. Im sorry but your manager needs some schooling on how to handle and give great cutomer service. Was appauled with the bad cutomer service. As a manager as well, he hung up on me twice, then he just didn't answer the phone. As member in your rewards deal. I feel that I need to get compensated for a manager who doesn't know how to manage. Domino's Pizza manager

While visiting our local Domino's #5567 in morganton NC today9/6/18 I witnessed the lady making pizzas come to the front to answer a question for another employee! While on the front she proceeds to finger all over computer and take the customers Debit card and run the whole transaction! After doing all that she proceeds to go right back to making pizzas without washing a finger! When I said something to the employee on the front about it he had the nerve to tell me she "must have just forgot to wash her hands" You work in an eating establishment and forget to wash your hands! That is ridiculous! I ask for the manager and he (the employee in the front) tells me "she is the manager"! He proceeds to go and tell her something in her ear and she stop making pizza and go and washes her hands! This is UNEXCEPTIONABLE any eating establishment! It's really sad that people don't take any more pride in their job than to do such as this! She not once made eye contact with me after the complaint! Needless to say #5567 Morganton NC store will get no more of our business and just as a suggestion! Maybe so called MANAGERS may need more training themselves! If they would do this who's to say what their training the employees under them!

Domino's Pizza work environment.

Hello i have been working for Dominos for a total of 5years. I was a manager until recently becauae of cash handling and so forth. I know i have not taking any money because i make enough.
Recently.we recived a new but old GM. His name is Tim Tomkins.
Mr. Tomkins has violated professional standards of how to deal with his employee saying that they can be replaced and so forth has approached me in a threatening way not once. But 3 times he said if i disnt like it then i could just leave. This is unaccectable and unprofessional.

Domino's Pizza order/delivery time

I placed an order for delivery at Dominos in Dixmoor, IL around 6:00 pm and I've waited the approximate time that was given through the online processing stage but, it turns out that I waited over a hour and a half for my food. I called in to check on my order and the employee that answered stated that they were moving slow, and it was 5 other people that had deliveres and that he should arrive within 20 minutes so, I continued to wait and was waiting once again for more than 20 minutes. I decided to call in again and the same lady answered and this time she stated it was only 2 people working at the time and it was 8 people waiting for deliveries. That's when I became frustrated and questioned her, she got mad and hung up in my face. I waited another 30 minutes for my order, the guy called and said he would be here in 10 minutes.. I waited another 15-20 minutes. When the guy got here he and another individual were sitting in my driveway before I even noticed without calling and saying anything.. When I got my order the pizza was cold, it was cut any type of way, and they didn't even call to inform me that they ran out of the pop that I ordered so, now I'm still waiting for him to come all the way back from the store to deliver my drink.

Domino's Pizza rude store manager

9/2/2018; 8:35pm, Asheville, NC; Store Address: 1483 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806
Order: 10 inch small pepperoni pizza; Over an hour and a half late

I have never experienced such TERRIBLE, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the STORE MANAGER. I ordered my pizza at 7:15, at 8:30 I still had not received by pizza so i drove to the store which was about 4 minutes away from my house at 7:45 pm. I called the store 10 times with ZERO sign of life from the store. When i drove to the store, Ron rudely greeted me as I asked him where the status of my pizza as I was following the tracker. Upon mentioning the tracker, Ron immediately cut me off and said the trackers never work and are worthless. Just the first part of my shocking and terrible experience. To cut this story short, he raised his voice at me when i asked him for a refund and the making of a new pizza.Ron showed zero remorse. He slammed my receipt on the counter and told me that he is not making the pizza. Ron is the epitome of a condescending and abrasive individual. Contact me immediately to provide full details of this extremely disappointing and aggravating experience.

Domino's Pizza pizza policy denied

I ordered a carryout and it got damaged I dropped it. I called in order to get it replaced based off the new pizza insurance the store workers and managers were extremely rude and denied it I contacted a different store to reassure myself about the policy and they said it was real the manager from that store said to call the other dominoes which I did for the 4th time and they still said they wouldn't do it that it was up to if the manager if he wanted to I called multiple times they avoided answering me now they said the manager left. Domino's Pizza wrong delivery

I ordered 2 pizzas, one pineapple and ham, one pepperoni, beef, and Banana peppers. I ordered this online so the order was clear. The pizza with pepperoni came with pineapple on it. I called the store to tell them this and they hung up on me. I know mistakes happen, the least your company can do is act like they care. If they hung up by mistake seems like they could have returned my phone call.I have 6 pizzas places near my home.

Domino's Pizza pizza being late

We order from Dominoes all the time. We ordered pizza, pasta, and sandwiches and waited an hour for them. We had company in town and they left without eating. I contacted the store after an hour had passed and the guy put me on hold for 10 min and then just said he wasnt sure why they werent here that the delivery driver left almost 30 ago from the store. We live 5 minutes away. Im very disappointed and honestly dont know if we will order from Dominoes again. A courtesy call would of been nice or even an apology. Very disappointed.

Domino's Pizza ordering pizza

Two women on two separate occasions argued with me that I have to do order online for the points but the order online was not working for me and they told me I could not earn any points . On the ads and boxes and websites it clearly states you will earn points even when calling in your order. They were both a little aggressive when telling me. Morgan and Emily ( I think is correct name) and Morgan said what siz box read call for points, etc. basically just going back and forth

The dominos reps that answered the phone on two separate occasions argued with me that I can not earn points calling in our order, it clearly states online, the boxes and tv commercials that you earn points by calling in as well. They refused to give me the points for out orders. They even had a little bit of an attitude about it and could not answer me to why it shows everywhere that you earn points by calling also. Morgan asked me well what size pizza box was it and do you have your receipts? She kept going back and forth but with no definite answer. And the rep who took my order said I am not giving you any points even though I had trouble doing it online, wasn’t my errror either, the websites error, very bad experience. We used to order all the time but the customer service here has gotten worse, seasons much better . It’s a shame though. My son loves the pizza

Domino's Pizza hanging up and not giving full info

Me and my partner ordered a pizza we said we would like a jumbo pizza and we were given a extra large when we called back we got hung up on and got a rude response when we called back agian we were then told they only sell up to a extra large pizza also we werent told how much the delivery charge was nor that we had to pay a dollare for the use of the machine for our card and our pizza had a order of bacon on it but it didnt taste of any bacon nor did i see any on it

Domino's Pizza never receive the product that I purchased

Hey Domino's
First I want to say that I love your pizza. I'm currently on tour with Cirque du Soleil and I am pretty tired after shows, so I'm pretty hungry when I get back to the hotel. Yesterday ( 8/31/18) I order a pizza, garlic twist, and 3 garlic dipping sauces online at 11:30pm. I got my pizza and garlic twist but no garlic dipping sauce. I called the store and then that person said that the delivery driver can bring them back. It's almost been 24hrs and still no dipping sauce. Makes me not want to order from Domino's again. Highly disappointed

Domino's Pizza placed an order didn't receive the order

On September 1st 2018 4:30pm I placed an order online with domino's which I waited for my order to be told the driver arrived and called some how the web site didn't update my phone number which I've already done previously... Instead of the driver ringing my door bell as instructed he left... I called the store the young lady said the order was canceled...I tried again by calling the store and placing am order with a manager to which the order was placed again for the same driver to come not ring my bell or even call me and to leave. This had been an evening process and I didn't receive any food... This is discouraging I've had a good reputation with dominos prior to this date. Now I'm not getting good about ordering anything from them again due to a lack of good customer service and know how...

Domino's Pizza two good for two, tax max pizza

Today on 1st Sep 2018, I went to Domino Zamzama Karachi Outlet and ordered a "Two Good for Two, Tax Max pizza, when came home and start eating I found a piece of bone in the Pizza. I have complained at concerned Branch but no action have taken to satisfy me. Copy of my order attached for the refrance. When I pay premium price for a premium pizza then I expect a premium pizza but unfortunately I am highly disappointed from the attitude of your Zamzma, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan Outlet and demand a full inquiry of this matter.

Domino's Pizza poor time management skills and cold food

I ordered and my food sat in the store for 30 min before it ever even left the store! Now it's been an hour and still no sign of food! I guarantee it's going to be disgusting! So disappointed and when I called the store the lady told me that the delivery driver was on his way and there was three other orders with him so I have to wait basically and that he'll be there soon that was it and then she just hung up

Domino's Pizza delivery time

I am very upset about Klerksdorps Delivery time. I ordered my 2 pizzas 7:30 but received it 9:10. It took almost 2 hours for the pizzas to be delivered. We called the store twice and all they said was that the pizzas was on its way. The second time we called the person on the phone said that the driver delivered pizzas and had to go back to the stote to get ours. I dont understand this. We had cold pizzas. We were hungry and nobody could help us. I am also very dissapointed in Dominos pizza toppings. In the beginnig the pizzas were full of toppings, and 2 slices could have made you full. But now I got 2 little pieces of chicken on a thin pizza. That I did not enjoy.

Domino's Pizza from my account amount got debited

Five days back on 25th August 2018 I ordered online domino's pizza at 3.00 pm I did not get any msg or any order number they have debited Rs.465/- from my account I have bank statement of deducted amount and when I ordered once again online through cod the delivery boy was late for 10mins and on top of that they keep 30 mins challenge and when I asked delivery boy it's more than 30mins he is giving excuses saying that I was standing downstairs u can ask watchman well whatever rubbish his duty is to reach the order on the given time of challenge.when it is going to refund..

Domino's Pizza service

Tonight i called up Dominos Pizza, Katol Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India at around 9.45 PM since i had to order and catch a night train at around 12 night. I am quite a regular customer and di order often. My mobile no. Is [protected]. Your call taker is a lady who is known as Delaila. I have often placed orders before to her. So i know her name and voice. She asked me "Your phone number?" As soon as i started "7057.."(she did not let me complete) and asked very hastily "Do you want to place an order?" I replied "Yes i want to place an order". Then she said "We will get back to you in a moment" and hung up. Even uptil now no return call has come. I am leaving for my journey without food since i couldn't cook myself due to an injured arm. I am going to take this lack of responsibility, insult to your management at the highest levels and even put it up on social media abd Quora. You have lost a faithful customer.
