I have ordered the choco lava cake vide order number 164 dated 14 April 2019 vide invoice number 67132/19/2453 however the packing paper of choco lava is mixed in the choco lava cake due to this we have not eaten the same.
Pls refund my money immediately or send it again.
This is very disappointing and I never expect from them.

I am complaining about the LOUSY UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE from your Store #5078 @ 5452 N.University Drive, Lauderhill, Florida 33313 location.I came real close to jumping over the counter and beating the living [censored] out of this IGNORANT Black Employee.but I valued my freedom and declined...Dominos you should clean house at this location. I already told about a dozen people I know-not to do business there.heres the Order #516971, Server #8852, Date 4/12/19.@3:08 P.M.This Black server has a Bias Racist attitude toward white people and is extremely unprofessional and makes operates your business poorly.I could tell when I called to place an order for a pan pizza, and this is not the first time, its been more than a few times with this same individual.I was always pleasant to him because thats the way I do business with everyone everywhere I shop as I am in business for myself.Except this last time on 4/12/19.This is why I wont tip extra money there when I pay my bill, they are not worthy there.Even the pizza maker a white male had a [censored]head attitude from my observation of the place, but there was no conversation between the pizza maker and myself.I guess you poorly pay these people so thats why there is an attitude problem at this location or this black server is a Bias racist or both.This server #8852has a piss poor attitude and conducts business Very Poorly for your company, He should be on the un-employment line ASAP.Ive had enough now and will use other pizza companies to conduct my business with, sorry it had to come to this Dominos...

Order number 336 was placed on dominos website at 8:25pm using my daughters phone number . By 8:45pm the online status was changed to DELIVERED . Delivery address was 711, Ferns Paradise, Doddanekkundi, Bangalore. Because the order said delivered, we called the store back. The store that took the order was Dominos, Marathhalli branch. The manager said there was a system glitch and hence it was wrongly marked as delivered. I believe that this was done to falsify delivery time and beat the 30 minute clock.

We called again and the branch manager very rudely placed the blame on us saying we chose the wrong branch of domino's. The system does not allow us to choose the branch. The horrible manager did not want to listen to reason and kept blaming us for choosing the wrong branch. The pizza was finally delivered at 9;25pm, one hour later. The manager finally hung up and said if we were not interested he will cancel the order.. this was 45 minutes after the order was placed and paid for by paytm.

My complain is that I thought I was ordering pizzas to get there to pick it up and now only wasn't no pizzas, my name, my phone number neither was the order in the computer. So I made a blank trip for nothing after being on the phone with her for about 12 to 14 minutes repeating my name, my phone number and also my card number..she keep saying hold on ...I told her that I have place orders before with Dominoes and I paid when I got there to pick up and she finally said that I could do that..Please make sure that this doesn't happen to many times you're going to lose customers

The crew at the front desk is not alert to what Im saying until I need to repeat it over and over again. Her name is Nur Atirah. I think she dont know how to take orders in a proper way because she kept asking the crew at the kitchen about the code and others. She didnt welcomed us or even smile while taking orders. She also made us wait before taking orders and without saying sorry or whatever, she just let us order. Next, I realised that the pizza maker is not wearing any gloves during making the pizza. I think hygiene is very important in every restaurant. I really hope that Domino's take actions and be more alert with the crews behaviour for a better future.

I, Brandy Taylor placed an order in San Antonio Texas approximately a month ago, after calling back to check why the order had not been delivered a manager informed me that the order was placed at the wrong store so no delivery could be made. But the order was already payed by credit card. Why would they complete the order before verifying the delivery? The same incident happened to me March 29th in South Padre with a different dominos Both time the manger assured me that my money would be discounted, the money was never refunded back to my account on either incidents. my number is [protected]

I ordered a build a pizza for delivery, not only was it late arriving, but it was nothing that i ordered. I would appreciate if my card would be reimbursed for this awful experience. I am very disappointed.

Around 5:30 on April 3, 2019, I had my 2 pizzas delivered. The pizzas were great, but its the employee that I had an issue with. When he left, he left the gate wide open. I have little kids, small dogs, and a kitten. He saw all of them, and he still decided to not even try to close the gate. If I hadn't checked the gate when I put my dogs out, they would have ran off. The fact that they didn't get out didn't matter: the point is, if I hadn't been responsible enough to check the gate before my dogs went out, they could have been dead right now. Thanks, Dominos, your customer service is AMAZING. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

I participated in the pies for points program and was so exited once I got the 60 points. I ordered a spinach and mushroom pizza from East liberty pgh Pa location located om Sheridan St zip code 15206. It was the worst pizza I ever had and I feel so cheated. The pizza had very little cheese and it was very overdone. I was going to return it but I was so hungry and it was getting so late I just took it home and tried to doctor it up, but my efforts were in vain and I just threw it away.

I was so excited for this pizza and was so disappointed, and I very rarely eat from Dominos. I usually eat at a local pizza eatery and was hoping to add dominos to the list of favorites, but it was so bad I could never spend my money on another pizza.

I was wondering would you be able to credit my account the original 60 points so I can try another pizza from another Dominos location, in hopes that I just got a bad location and this is not what all Dominos pizza are like.

We have been ordering Domino's Pizza, Okeechobee for well over 10 years. We may have had a pizza or two that wasn't exactly perfect, but, the pizza we ordered and picked up today was awful! We ordered a large, original crust with mushroom, pepperoni and onion for pick-up. March 13, 2019 at 5:50 pm. Order #878682. The crust was hard the pepperoni was like cardboard not enough cheese or crust, It was cut in odd sizes some big some small. We order pizza from Domino's pizza at least a few times a month, but it will be awhile before we order again. Also, I have a real problem when I go to pick up my pizza, I can see the pizza's being made and none of the associates wear gloves when they are handling the toppings. Isn't that a health issue?

On 03/03/2019 at 11:28 am I placed an order for delivery. Once my order finally arrived the driver could not have been any more rude than he was. He called and argued with me about my address, and when he got to my door, he banged on the door so hard I thought it was a robber trying to get in. I am a loyal customer and I do not appreciate the way I was treated by this driver. By the way the food was cold too! I would like the next order to be free and I do not want the driver coming to my house again!

Hi I ordered from you guys at 10:28 for my lunch break and 45 mins later my food comes and the pasta is lukewarm but the buffalo wings were ice cold and I had to warm them myself and that is unacceptable and I payed 21 dollars for this cold stuff I really did not want it but the delivery lady was so sweet and I did not want to take her threw all of that but I would like some type of call back or something needs to be done as soon as possible, I am very upset. I called dominos about 600 pm today. Asked for a medium meat lovers. The person on the phone said I was 10.99 with the coupon. The total price pick up was over $14.00. I asked why would it be that price when the pizza was $10.99 He that said it was $12.99. I ordered a pizza from another pizza place. This was the first time I ordered from Dominos and my last.

I ordered a pizza for my boyfriend. I was unaware that I had to be present with the card. The delivery man said that he has to take the pizza back since the card holder was not present. I then called the 181st Dominos to ask for a refund and before I could even finish my sentence the man on the phone was disrespectful. He said "how about you do not order the pizza if you are not going to be there". His tone of voice was very disrespectful and he did not even let me finish my question before he told me that. He was very rude and made this experience worse than what it was. This is the first time I have done this and will certainly be my last. He should of explained things in a nicer way and said that I will he refunded for my purchase. I am very disappointed in this employee and your company policy.

Ordered pizza online and it said the delivery wait would be 21-31 minutes, at the hour mark, we began calling the store to see where the pizza was and the phone just rings and rings. We spend around 10 minutes trying to call and no one answers. We call another location nearby who says they are probably just busy? We then spend another 10 minutes trying to call looking for our pizza. Needless to say 1.5 hours and we still have no food. Absolutely ridiculous! If and when someone shows up with this food, we will be sending it back to dominos and expecting a refund of money! I understand busy but no one answers the phone? I have heard about their specials 15 times now trying to call them! Will not order again!

*update... Driver shows up after 1.5 hours with the pizza and says they are busy. We sent the food back and asked for a refund. We are still trying to call the actual store to speak with someone and are still unable to get anyone to answer the phone! Wtf?*

On the 19th call, we have finally had an actual human answer the ph one and put us on hold to get a manager! Insanity!

I walked into the store earlier today (about 3pm) and asked the young lady at the counter if I would receive points for pizzas ordered there on-site. She assured me I would.

I ordered two large Extravaganza pizzas. With my Veteran discount and whatever special was running, the total was $17.06.

I just checked my account and it still says "10/60" points which I had before I went to the store.

Please let me know if I will receive points for these pizzas; if not, I can walk 150 feet to the Papa John's. Thank you.
