I had a real bad experience with Dodo. I tried to call them up for some help, but their phone support was just plain terrible. I mean, seriously, what kind of company doesn't have decent customer service? And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother to follow up with me after our call. I was left hanging, with no idea what to do next. It's just not good enough.
I also had some issues with their website. It was slow and clunky, and I had trouble finding what I was looking for. And when I did finally find what I needed, the checkout process was a nightmare. It took forever to complete, and I was left feeling frustrated and annoyed.

So, I moved into a new place and thought I'd give Dodo a try for my internet needs. I mean, it's cheap, right? But boy, was I wrong. I couldn't even connect to the internet!
