Discovery Channel review: Naked and afraid-shipwrecked not up to it's high standards

I am disappointed with the latest Naked and Afraid season. The editing has gone downhill compared to the past seasons. I am referring to the blurs being used. In past seasons it was done with much better professional exactness which covered specific private body parts tastefully while allowing the viewer to experience the casts nudity without being explicit. The 2026 season editing using blurs is so poorly done that it actually detracts from the "naked" part of the premise of the show. The past seasons were wonderfully edited so we, the viewer, knew they were naked, but it didn't detract from the feel of the show. The 2026 season it so badly blurred that it appears sloppy and often looks like blurs with head and limbs. Sometimes it even covers arms and legs so the people look like blobs rather the survivalists trying to survive.
I hope the editing gets better, like it used to be, or I may have to discontinue watching a show I have enjoyed for years.
If the show can't afford to put out a quality product, I fear it may be it's end.
