Direct Express supervisors and staff are hanging up the phone on me and playing around on work instead of doing a professional job. This has accured several times. Also I currently had dispute for transaction theft and I currently am inclined to believe that direct express employees are behind these frauds. Also direct express is late pass 10 days on sending me out a new debit card after turning off other one.

    yeah, they have blatantly told me that they couldn't refund my money because the area it was stolen was an area i used my card occasionally was the Marta Station
