I started with the Grove City, Ohio office near my home. It closed and we were transferred to Reynoldsburg, OH office - 30 minutes away. Today I was informed the Reynoldsburg, OH office has closed and I'm being transferred to the Polaris office (North Columbus, OH) 1 hour from my home - requiring 3 hours out of the day per office visit. No compensation or partial refund. Only objection I was given was to start my son's orthodontic treatment all over again at another location.
It's also work noting that I did not receive any notice (though they said they emailed all patients) I thoroughly checked my email and received nothing except confirmations that my automatic payments had been received. Had I not called the office to confirm my appointment time for the following day I would never have known.
Avoid Dental Works at all costs!
Desired outcome: would like a partial refund for the run around and changes in location that are beyond my control. I'd stop payment right now if it wouldn't hurt my credit score.
