I been trying to get my money back since February for a CT scan that they never did but still charged me for. They ain't answering my calls. In February, I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I paid for it in advance with them on a payment plan. The person in charge said they should do a CT scan and charged me for it. But when I came in for surgery, the surgeon said it wasn't necessary and that they would give me my money back. A week later, I asked for a refund, but they still haven't given me one. I call them every week, and they always say someone will call me back, but no one ever does. They always have some excuse. They charged me $350 for a CT scan that never happened, and now I can't even get my money back.

I had a dental appointment on 9/15. I had some work done 20+ years ago at another dentist, and they said they couldn't fix it. On 9/22, the loan was closed for the payment. I took a loan out because I'm on a fixed income. They had their financing options, and I was under the impression it was the only way to repair my teeth and jaw. They were paid in FULL before they even touched my mouth. The amount of this loan was $35,000. On 10/11, I had the procedure done, and my recovery is ongoing with excruciating pain. Between October and August 2022, I went to various appointments waiting for the next steps. The procedure was only about 50% completed; the remaining 50% would include a reconstruction surgery with three crowns for them to add implants. I went to their office for an appointment on August 25th and was told that they could NO LONGER work on my mouth and that they can't do anything at all because the way my mouth has healed would be an additional $20,000 of additional work. I firmly believe I am a victim of dental abuse and was not adequately vetted by the dentists. I can't even eat, and my mouth is in disrepair. I haven't been able to eat since October . I've been continuously calling them since Friday, August 26th, and they haven't returned any of my calls. The dental office's abuse is loud and clear. I have also reached out to my insurance company to let them know this business refused to accept my insurance when my insurance covered procedures. The dental office also has not given me any paperwork, only credit card receipts and no itemized statements for my dental work. I requested my dental records over a week ago and haven't heard back. They have left me without teeth and gums.

I went to Premier Care Dental Group on 9/11 for a deep cleaning, but Denti-Cal denied the request. The hygienist only cleaned teeth 22-27, even though I asked for the deepest pockets to be cleaned. I spoke to a treatment counselor named *** who confirmed my appointment and informed me of the denial. I arrived late and waited for *** hours for the hygienist, ***. I told her about an infection and she called in ***. After cleaning, I was taken to an office where *** gave me an estimate for a deep cleaning and laser treatment. I couldn't afford it and asked to speak to Dr. ***. I was taken to another office where I spoke to *** who approved my deep cleaning and suggested I sign a waiver. After a long conversation, I was given a new appointment for a deep cleaning. However, I later researched and found out that Denti-Cal only covers certain codes, and the lower two quadrants were going to be billed even though they weren't my deepest pockets.
