I got myself a mouth guard from *** coz my dentist was chargin a lot. I put in my home impressions and sent it. A month later, I started reachin out cuz I thought they lost it. I finally got a hold of em through Instagram. They told me I had to spend another $10 to get it shipped to me, but I already paid enough. I'm in pain here and they're just sittin on it. I even showed em their own website says they don't need to do more work. They haven't answered my calls or emails since then.

I bought a teeth impressions kit from a store for $24.99 plus tax on February 18. Then on January 28, 2022, I sent my teeth impressions to Otis Dental, LLC through mail. When I phone-called the customer service team on February 11, 2022, they couldn't find my order. So on February 15, 2022, I emailed the customer support team. They asked me for my purchase receipt and I sent it on the same day. They said that they would send me a new product. But later on February 15, 2022, they sent an email telling me that because the product was purchased a year ago, it was expired and would not be replaced. They also said that they are not required to put any expiration dates on their products/packaging. I was not happy because their packaging did not mention any time limit or expiry date. I think customers should know about any expiry dates and not be left guessing about when their product will be rejected by the company. I do not think that the average customer would instinctively know that the included putty was perishable or know how long before it would expire. So the company failed to clearly and honestly communicate the expiration date and when the company would no longer accept the mail-in product.
