I'm a person with disability, I can't lift things I have a limitation range of motion on my left arm, so I asked kindly the flight attendant to please help me climb my carryon on top, he looks at me and ask me if I really want the help? In a question sarcastically I said yes then he looks at me straight at my eyes again and ask me are you really sure you want help? at the beginning I thought he was joking around by asking me but when I saw he ask me again for the second time I felt he was not kind person, he was making me feel worthless of any help, like he didn't want to help me at all, I felt very uncomfortable I sat down in my seat and I start to cry, why this person was questioning my request of a help? then my sister call the attention for another flight attendant and told her this person make my sister cry and make her feel invalid, worthless just because she asks him to help her climb her carryon on the top of the plane cabin. I feel very bad and I don't recommend delta to anyone I don't even know if I want to travel again with delta because I don't know if I'm going to receive the same treatment again. the flight attendant name I think his name is CHARLES and I was on the flight from Miami to LGA New York DL1538 seat 35D on Jun 15 at 3:17pm he's very rude and not polite at all. take it from me and trust me it's very rare I give a negative review, but he won the medal of rudeness, not kind person.

this flight attendant his name is Charles, when I ask him to help me climb my carryon to the top cabin, he looks at me and ask me if I really want the help? at the beginning I thought he was joking around when he ask me that question so I response "YES PLEASE" and he looks at me straight in my eyes and for the 2nd time he ask me "are you sure you want my help? asking me sarcastic way, like for me to get the point he didn't want to help, I'm a person with disability I can't lift my left arm in a range motion so it's very difficult to me reach high places or to climb anything that's the reason I ask for help, he didn't need to be sarcastic or make me feel worthless of help, he was very rude, not polite at all and to to top it off he was giving me grimy looks through the whole entire flight just because I complain to another flight attendant how I felt
