On 7 Aug 2026, my fiancee was the recipient of exemplary customer service provided by Ms. Valaine Young at the Delta Airlines ticketing counter, Salt Lake City Int'l Airport. The world-class customer service she unequivocally provided was nothing short of phenomenal! She made my fiancee feel as though she was the only passenger in the entire world that day (with the time she had dedicated for her) even though there were others waiting to check in for their flights. With the guidance she had provided, my fiancee and I were able to rectify the allowed weight of our check-in luggage thereby enabling my fiancee to make it to the first leg of her flight on time. Valaine is certainly a boon to Delta Airlines and the epitome of exceptional customer service that is second to none! I took the time to write this review so she can be recognized for her amazing customer service!
