I’ve had my coffee machine for just under a year and within that time my milk frother jug has a crack in it. Despite the fact I am very careful. The material isn’t very strong and the milk frothier is no longing frothing.

I’ve spoken to them and they said there is no stock until Jan 2024. I’ve contacted them several times, sometimes even for a full hour including holds. They won’t budge. I told them I wanted to speak to his team leader but they said someone would respond to me within 48hours, they told me that because I’ve been told 3 times that they cannot help me. They would hang up on me. I am very disappointed and shocked to experience such terrible customer service. If you want to buy this machine from them then beware of their terrible customer service, stubbornness and unwillingness to compromise. I do love my coffee machine but the customer service and milk frother system is a let down. I wouldn’t buy from them again. There is a few photos and email screenshots of conversations. I wish I could record phone calls with them. Would be very interesting to see what others think of their terrible customer service skills.

Claimed loss: $850

Desired outcome: Get a new frother this year or a new machine that comes with it. Or just a full refund so I can buy something that works.
