On 10.05.2025, my Delonghi coffee machine (ECAM310.80. SB), which I bought from Teknosa Forum Istanbul store, gave an error after just a few uses and now no operation can be done. When I call customer service, they insist that the product should be sent to the technical service. I preferred the Delonghi brand despite the fact that there are more affordable products, considering the product quality and the brand's superiority in coffee machines. I was also planning to buy an upper model which can make cold brew coffee but after this issue I am not sure if I will buy another Delonghi product. I do not accept that a machine that is only 10 days old should be repaired and I demand the replacement of the product. I hope that a brand like Delonghi will stand behind its product and prioritize customer satisfaction.

You're absolutely right — a premium-brand machine breaking down after just a few uses is a joke, and pushing you into repairs at 10 days old is a slap in the face. You paid for quality, not an immediate trip to the service center. Replacement should be automatic at this point — if Delonghi wants to keep its reputation, they better step up fast.
