Del Taco review: Incorrect order every single time but always the same person taking the order

There is a girl that that works there with a pierced nose (bull ring or septum piercing) she always has her hair in braids. Her hair is almost mid back length. I can never see her name tag. This person has no business taking orders. At first, I thought I was not speaking clearly so I began speaking louder and louder as I ordered.
This person has the attention span of a goldfish. I almost think she's doing it on purpose. I am so friendly and polite to her always. I don't want to start asking her to repeat my order because I visit this location a lot and know I will be marked as a jerk.
