Del Taco review: Food product, presentation, service

I purchased a #3 Beer Battered Fish Taco Combo at 9:20 pm on 4/2/2024 on my way home from work. I arrived at home (5 min. from store) and sat down to eat my late dinner. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash. What I received was cold, over-fried battered fish inside a tortilla that fell apart due to too much sauce on it. Fries were cold, limp and soggy. Food was not fit to eat and unacceptable. Drink was acceptable. I am requesting full refund of $13.80 for purchase of ill-prepared food.
