Last Monday the 15th of January 2024 we phoned through to Decofurn Little Falls , we spoke to a sales representative named Coslin and we ordered and paid for 4 x Kappa 2drawer pedestal . Coslin confirmed the order and we sent through the proof of payment that same day.

The following day we wanted to collect our drawers but phoned ahead to confirm whether the drawers have been assembled. Coslin continued to tell us that ony two drawers were available as the other two were sold to a walk-in-custome.

We were then put through to the manager Mr. Molefe who promised us that he will arrange with Decofurn in Decopark to assemble the other 2 drawers at their location and have them ready for pick up at our earliest convenience.

On Friday when we phoned Deco park to confirm that the drawers were indeed available , nobody there seemed to know what we were talking about and we got sent from pillar to post after eventually being put through to Darren from the Little Falls branch.

Darren agreed with us that this was not acceptable and promised to get back to us with a solution.

We are still awaiting Darren's call .

Desired outcome: We would like to receive our other two drawers we paid for , and I don''t think its too much to ask for them to be delivered to us.
