We have been staying at the day's inn in Harrisburg pa since June..
We have asked for room cleaning at least once a week, it wasn't done until I asked again, the shower curtain was moldy they did replace that.. the bathroom light was burned out never replaced, we have had the cleaning people stay next door and are really loud, makes no sense since there are other rooms available they can stay in, no hot water after telling us it was fixed..
Being charged twice, for the same time.
Coming into the room, when I was in the bathroom even when the do not disturb sign was on... very frustrated with the accommodations..

With respect, why not just find other accommodations?

i have stayed there for a week and bedbug 6 got on my wig and i kept the lights on and i paid 548.00 and want my money and then it look like homeless place for people to live and then dogs be barking all the time they need to shut down the place in Atlanta Georgia i have pictures of the rooms and the breakfast were not good no meat and eggs from 6-9am and they smoke in the room and put the ashes on the tub and the floor not clean food on the floor and the manger she were nasty with her tone of voice. and the people that worked there live there as well
