I have been sharing the transfer receipts with you, however I am being informed that no amount has been received in your accounts.
This situation has now been ongoing for three months, during which time I have not been able to access the gym, despite having made the payments. I would appreciate a clear explanation of what is happening and how this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
In the top of all the issues and limiting our access to the gym, David Lloyd staff hired and external company to contact me to charge the full yearly fee.
Please confirm the status of the transfers and provide a document from you bank confirming the situation.
